Crow meowed. "Fallensky....I am your father. I am your biological father I promise you with every hair on my pelt....your mother told you this a bit back...you were a kit then.. but she..she cheated on me. With m brother Snape. Holly is still my son. I met him when he was little. I tried my hardest to see you both. When you trained I'd see you on the moors...everything. I just wish I could've been there...and not just watched"

Fallensky cursed under her breath. How many toms had her mother been with? Mama- Daywhisper... She said that Holls was my littermate! She exclaimed, narrowing her eyes and taking a threatening step towards Crow. You promise you aren't lying? She stared suspiciously at the tom.

It was a rarity for Lightningstorm to be out and about, accompanied by a warrior not for herbs, but for sustenance. She was in the mood for a hunt, her legs aching to leave the solitary, underground den for only a moment yet finding the camp too crowded for her liking. Perhaps she had started to become far too much of a hermit in recent times, but even before her memories had returned she had noticed a bit of a disconnect between herself and the clan, and it always felt... odd to be surrounded by them. As if she was there, among them, but not one of them. The usual option was to simply return to her tunnels, but she'd found herself talking to her beetle companion far too often of late, and she was fairly certain it would be only a matter of time before her mind broke again if she stayed cooped up for too much longer. As such, she did the only reasonable thing to do. The calico dragged the youngest of furies with her for an excursion, hoping to find voles for a meal. Multiple, at that. She was well bloody famished.

And yet the deeper they got into the territory, the spotted she-cat soon realized it wasn't the scent of twolegs or prey that caught her attention but the fresh scent of cat. A singular one. Heading in the direction of the outskirts. Large ears flattened momentarily as her eyes narrowed, a tsk escaping her. Of all the days to escape the banality of every day life, it had to be today. She recognized the scent, too. She would make for a poor medicine cat if she couldn't tell her clanmates apart by scent after being exposed to them day in and day out, after all.

"Fallensky..." she mewed to her companion, pointing her nose at the clear trail before sighing.

Fallensky was not a new name to her this moon. This cat had failed a very important scouting mission, and Crowtooth had not let her hear the end of it. She had been grateful that the tom had made her look for some broom in compensation, but it seemed that even that bit of hard day's work - and night, finding broom this early in the season was brutal - hadn't dropped some sense into her. What was she doing out alone when there was a clear buddy system in place? Hell, she was pretty sure Twilightstar wouldn't punish her for being out alone, but even she had the sense to go out with Chuckles if only to ensure that the leader didn't stress out about her medicine cat being caught unawares in one of those twoleg traps that kept messing with the clan of late.

Lightningstorm wasn't sure what she had been expecting, but she sure as hell hadn't been expecting the cat that had failed in a vital scouting mission to keep the clan safe to be chumming it up with a bloody outsider at the outskirt's border. What the actual hell?! Had Fallensky lost her stars damned mind?! Her hackles raised in anger, a storm brewing in her eyes, the lithe calico made a point of stomping towards the two, not even bothering to keep her presence hidden as she caught the last bits of the conversation... not that she cared, to be honest. The herbalist was beyond furious. Talk to outsiders all you like. If they are staying beyond the border like this one, it's fine. But not if you were already on thin ice, and much less if you were clearly sneaking out because you weren't meant to be alone in the first place!

"The bloody hell is going on here?!" the medicine cat yowled, a clear scowl on her face as she approached the two, keeping her distance. She might be angry, but she wasn't an idiot. She wasn't about to be a clear, easy mark of attack for an outsider and a disappointment.

"Ya fail a bloody scouting mission for stars know what reason... sitting on your bloody arse when your clan needs you, but you have enough time to leave the clan to talk to outsiders when you know damn well Twilightstar stated no one was to go out alone?!" Lightningstorm scoffed, raising her head high as if looking down upon Fallensky, an oddity for her, especially when one considered how petite the calico was. "And here Crowtooth had been tellin' me how he thought you'd maybe learned some bloody foresight. Was hopeful searching for the broom had been a clear atonement for you and you had grown aware of just how important the clan was. Instead, I find you sneaking out to talk to some outsider?! He'll be gutted to hear this. Disappointment can't even begin to cover it."

The Oriental mix was quivering with anger. She was well enough used to being disappointed by the clan, but Crowtooth always kept a hopeful eye on his clanmates, thinking the best of them if they showed any sign of remorse or redemption. Unfortunately, it was times like these that reminded her that redemption and remorse were more often than not a mere showcase. A display of falsities to ensure they could stay in the clan, especially in the worst of seasons. It was clear that a more dire punishment would be necessary to get through this one's head... assuming she even cared to return once she was done with her.

"I don't know what you are doing here, and frankly I don't really bloody care at this point. You want to go out of camp and risk being trapped or killed by the twolegs? Well fine, be my guest. For a whole moon, at that. If anyone in WindClan spots you in the territory, you will be treated like a trespasser. Now get out of here. Let's see if some time away from your clan makes you settle on where your priorities lie in the future."

He was tempted to scuff the tiny medicine cat and haul her ass back to camp. Leechscar did not want to be out here! He was tiiiiiiiirrrred. Her bossiness was a cheeky pain in the tail, and the prologue exposition to her was immensely draining. He had been hoping for a quick nap, but somehow he was out here babysitting again. It had to be the brain rot from his training session with Rainpaw. There was no way otherwise he'd be out here, having traded Fussy for Sassyfluff. He needed at least half a day to recuperate and regain his lost brain cells before he attempted to deal with anyone remotely as snippy as him.

Alas, here he was trudging through the territory again. His ears, that had been stuck sideways, darted forward in alertness as he picked up the fresh scent a heartbeat behind Lightingstorm. He knew that scent, Fallensky, it was fresh. He parted his maw, tasting the air, but didn't find anyone aside from Fallensky. She wasn't supposed to be out here alone. He acknowledged his Captain, Obvious, with a wordless ear flicker. He would have taunted her for treating him like a clueless apprentice, but again he was tired.

Leechscar's green eyes glimmered with amusement as he watched Lightningstorm fur fluff up angrily. Oh! This trip suddenly became so much more fun. It was rare to see the happy-go-lucky she-cat furious, he had to find snacks for this! He hadn't been made aware of the old timer's complaints, so he wasn't sure what had Badgerbait so out of sorts. He didn't care truly so long as he wasn't the one having to deal with her temper. Leechscar trailed imposingly behind the tiny feline as she found Fallensky and some outsider and started roaring at her.

Leechscar scrutinized the outsider for a moment before deeming him unthreatening. He kept an ear on Lightningstorm as she thundered against Fallensky, and padded a few tail lengths away. While she verbally tore into the dumb warrior, Leechscar wasn't lying about wanting snacks. So he sniffed around, digging up a mouse nest and catching three of the small vermin as they tried to escape. He let the other two dart off and grabbed the mice by the tail, padding back over and sat down behind the medicine cat as finished by exiling Fallensky, sadly only temporary. Leechscar felt that permanently exiling cats that have made more than one mistake was the way to go, but he wasn't
the leader or deputy. WindClan was a little soft for his tastes sometimes.

Crow backed up a few paces as he heard clan cats. He listened and watched. Standing protectively near his daughter. "So clans don't even let cats see there own fathers. Hmph" he grumbled.
