Deerkit sneezed. Who was caring for him?

(Deerkit is a newborn cream and tan kit. He has white speckles (like a deer) on his back.)

Nightgaze cleans up the nursery a little bit, picking up scraps of moss and whatnot. Needed to be productive with this absurdly long pregnancy.

Cricketleap sniffed the air. Well, it smelled like kits. She guessed she should have expected that, but this would be her home for the next... six moons. StarClan, that was a long time. Maybe she should get to know the kits who would become her children's friends. Yeah, that sounded good. She plopped down in a empty nest and looked around.

Snakekit looked over his shoulder at the sound of a voice in his direction."My name is Snakekit!" He replied with a enthusiastic tone. "Who are you? And why are you here? And are you a kit? And if you are a kit why are you so big?" His questions kept coming until he ran out of breath and waited patiently for answers.
