So, she wasn’t a single mother but I do have Irisdream! Her and her first mate broke up after their kit (Kitepaw) was apprenticed. Iris struggles with generational trauma, OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism. Especially about being a parent. She’s terrified she’ll traumatize Kitepaw the way her mother traumatized her, so her relationship with Kitepaw is…strained.
Her ex was closer to their daughter than she was, but he’s now missing due to inactivity. So she’s kind of a single mom now? Ish? She’s definitely a panicked mom lol.
