Starrypaw was waiting for the older warriors to demonstrate something. Anything, really. But it seemed that they, too, were waiting for each other. She sighed internally, but Primeroseadder did the same in a louder way and she couldn't avoid feeling connected to her in that moment. Maybe I should just look at her...

She turned to Primroseadder and listened intently, secretly hoping that no blood would be spilled by mistake today. She didn't want to see ANY.
Uhm... it doesn't sound too hard.. right? She thought, then shrank a bit when she realized she should try in front of everyone. Oh, I hope no one will stare at me...

She didn't want to make any mistake in front of her clanmates, huh.
The white and gray-spotted young she-cat lifted her front paw and tried to lash at a rock she had in front of her on the ground, but then flattened her ears and blushed. Oh, she must look so much like a kit playing with stuff...

Watching the leader of her group, the apprentince copied the strike and frowned. Nope. Hers wasn't as good. She sighed and tried again, slightly better this time. There! Good enough, right?

Midnightpaw looked around at the other apprentices before trying himself. He's got this right? He lashed forward with a strong paw, though he toppled a little, as he hadn't spaced out his weight onto his other legs. ``Oh- oop-`` He mewed before getting a better stance.

Fogmask looked over at the rest of the group. He felt awkward, but he had to show that he still knew how to fight. I'm a warrior, not a kittypet. He scolded himself. Why is this so hard for me to watch?

He sat back, waiting for his help to be needed.

Speckledpaw padded up, gently helping Midnightpaw up with a sweet smile. "Cmon, lemme help ya out!" They piped in cheekily They had gotten the stance pretty quickly.

"Nice to meet-" He was cut off by Primroseadder's voice, his attention turning back to her curiously. Racc watched Primrose carefully, humming in thought as he took in all the information.

Raccoonpaw lifted a paw, lashing it out at the nothing in front of him. He was a bit unbalanced, but otherwise he did well. He repeated this a couple more times, improving with each pretend strike.

His gaze shifted towards Speckledpaw and their group for a moment, a small frown forming on his maw. He wanted to be interacting with them, not that guy- The tom sighed softly, turning his attention back to the warrior, awaiting any further instruction

Midnightpaw smiled. ``Oh yeah! Thanks.`` The tuxedo meowed. He had gotten a slightly better stance, though definetly needed some tips. ``I think I'm slowly gettin' it.`` He told Speckled with a laugh.

"Riiiight-" Speck snickered, grinning at Midnightpaw before standing next to Midnightpaw, getting in the proper position, using his smaller paw to swip quickly, returning it to the ground afterwards.

"See? just like that! Cmon you got this!" They chipperly smiled. Ever since they had spent more time with Raccoon, they became more confident and chipper every day. Now and again they got panic attacks, but they were doing much better.

Because of him.

The apprentice let out a chuckle before trying the move again. He lifted his paw and quickly struck his paw out. The move was a little slow, but better. He tried again, adding to his pace, it was fast and strong.

``Oh! I think that time was pretty good!`` Midnight meowed to Speckledpaw.
