Ghostkit looked around the nursery, his nose twitched at the slightest breeze. He was just about to take a nap when he noticed Marigoldkit, sitting and looking bored. The white tom padded over. "Hi there! I'm Ghostkit," he says with a bright smile.

Poppykit twisted around in his nest, grumbling to himself in his sleep in a fuss over something about all of the prey lately having “too much taste.”

Large, sturdy, gray mackerel tabby tom-kit with unusually curly fur. He has paler markings and green eyes.

Hawkkit squealed with excitement as Snowstone stood up. His tail lashed behind him with excitement. Mama was ready to go outside, too! He hopped from paw to paw impatiently, a big grin on his face. He couldn't wait to take on the world!

Suddenly, a shadow fell over the entrance to the nursery, and a familiar scent drifted into Hawkkit's nose. The gray tabby tom-kit whirled around with excitement. Papa! The warrior loomed over Hawkkit, sturdy as a rock. Hawkkit admired Papa. He was so strong, so big, so brave. Hawkkit couldn't wait to explore and go on an adventure so he could be just like him!

Huh? Doeskip's stern voice put a halt to Hawkkit's excited thoughts. His tail flicked with impatience - and frustration. Come on! Papa was usually strict with Hawkkit and his siblings, but very gentle with Mama. That was probably just what Papas were like. Still, Hawkkit felt torn. Maybe warriors don't jump around so much. But I just wanna explore so I can be like a warrior!

Hawkkit turned at the sound of Heronkit's voice. She was calling him a mouse-brain. Of course she was. Heronkit usually called him a mouse-brain. Hawkkit huffed. "Am not!" And she didn't want to play with him? The fur rose along the back of his neck. "Why? We're gonna have an adventure!" Hawkkit glanced at Papa nervously, hoping he wasn't doing anything wrong - but also bursting with excitement.

HE'S GOT A TEMPERATURE OF NEGATIVE DEGREES AGAIN

Something about a quiet, menial task really suits Peachpaw. Not that he's remotely the kind of guy that would admit, hey, yeah, I really love doing boring stuff but he.....does, is the thing. Cleaning is satisfying. Being able to contribute and do something needed and helpful with as little effort as it takes to sort old bedding from new and tidy up a few things on the way is satisfying. Kits aren't ever really his favorite, but the queens tend to be alright company. So he never really needs to be asked to come into this den and help clean up a bit; he just finds his way in when the mood strikes.

"Um, hello. If anyone needs anything, hunting patrols have gotten back recently. I'll be here to get rid of any mess in the meantime." He pokes his face in with a soft heads-up before getting to work.

Sparrowpelt snuck into the nursery carefully. It'd been a bit since he'd been in here and that was when Drizzlecloud was around. He hadn't seen his mate around lately, it was worrying him. He was truly hoping the she-cat didn't just go missing, but he wouldn't be able to know. Right now the temperatures were dropping. The kits they took in from Spring were in the nursery and needed fed and kept warm. He'd do that. He wouldn't go absent on them.

From his mouth, a squirrel hung. He'd slip into the nest Drizzlecloud had created, the kittens were either in the nest or somewhere running around. He was a rather large tom, larger than they'd probably been exposed to so far. Very fluffy, too. "Drizzlekit, Rosekit, Poppykit, Honeykit," he called each by name, hoping they knew who he was. Whether by name or seeing him coming to check on Drizzlecloud here and there. "I brought food if y'all 're hungry, but yer welcome to nap on me, too. I'know it's gettin' pretty cold out there, it seeps in 'ere sometimes," Sparrowpelt hoped they'd gather, at least one or two.
