Rootpaw growled and flattened his ears. He wasn't scared of some big cats. Even if they do kill him, he would haunt them still. He looked around, looking to see where all of the cats were, he saw an opening and tried running for it. Plot twist, Ottercold has been spying all this time, lurking. He was waiting for an opportunity to attack, but not yet, he had to think smartly.
He eventually launched at full strenght at Twilightstar, aiming to tackle her. Risky technique, might get him killed, but the adrenaline is making him forget that very tiny insignificant fact.

Honeybreeze knew she was late, but sneaking from her clan to the meeting place was harder than expected and even then, she's not sure if she managed entirely unnoticed. A problem for if she survives this.

As she nears the grotto, she scents more Windclan cats than she ever has before and once closer, she realizes it's not just the rebellion cats, but a party of Windclan warriors led by their leader.

This is not what she expected walking into this, but how could she call herself a warrior if she abandoned those in need?

The brown cat leaps from the bushes into the battle, positioning herself to guard those intending to flee. Honeybreeze is willing to fight, though, baring her teeth and unsheathing her claws.

This cats may not be her clan, but she wishes to help to the rebellion as best she can.

Tigerfur lashed his tail and hissed, circling Batglare as best he could. "You and me, fury. Let's go." He snarled.

Skycloud was invited to some talk about leadership or something. Really he wasn't sure why he was invited, was it some kind of gossip pit? He could join that for some fun, it gave the warrior something to do during these awful cold days. Then he saw a massive group of cats had gathered around and were was talk about how awful Twilightstar was.. The young brainless cat took a moment to think about what the crowd said without actually getting too too close, he didn't want to get yelled at for being late after all. Yeah it all checked out, if a bunch of cats said that Twilightstar was evil then it must be so, right? It made perfect sense to the tom.... Then he saw said super evil for real cat join in started yelling. Now confused beyond believe he tried to get even smaller in the bush he hid. Man he wished he was smart like those other cats to understand what was going on.

Well, she had given them a chance to talk to her but looks like they were choosing to fight. And...was that a ShadowClan cat? Twilightstar had only a few precious seconds to survey the cats before a pouncing warrior took her attention. She twisted around and reared up on her hind legs to meet Ottercloud as he flew at her. Her clanmates would have to fend for themselves as she was busy.

As he collides with her at full strength, the leader topples backward off the rock as the tom's momentum drags them down to the forest floor. She lands flat on her side, pain jolting through her nerves, but she recovers quickly and is back on her paws in the next heartbeat.

She immediately throws herself at Ottercold with a furious hiss of traitor, ready to hold no mercy. She aimed to forcefully gouge her claws into the tom's side, and drag them downward towards his stomach with a wrenching twist, endeavoring to leave him with a huge laceration.

So this was unexpected. Batglare eyes gleamed fiercely as Tigerfur challenged him. The old tom watches Tigerfur with cold disinterest. As if to further mock Tigerfur, Batglare turned his head to watch as Twilightstar was knocked from her perch by Ottercold. There were more? Great, just great. And who the hell was that? She wasn't even in WindClan as far as he knew.

The massive warrior sighed loudly and finally gave Tigerfur barely a glance. "Let's make this quick, I've more important things to do." He grunts in a flat tone and unsheathes his claws. He kneads his tail over his back, beckoning Tigerfur to come at him. If he was lucky this might be a decent warm-up.

This was just STUPIDITY in the highest order Crowtooth had ever seen in his life. And he'd seen a lot of dumb acts in his long life.

Twilightstar had offered the cats here (namely the young) a chance to explain the situation and escape with a lighter sentence, and it seemed they were too caught up cowering (an act that'd help them none) or bolting like fools. How ironic, when things came down to blood like the 'rebellion' wanted they lacked the conviction to make it happen.


Here was the truth. Sunheart was a clear liar, Tigerfur had brought apprentices to meet a tom who was exiled for trying to abuse an apprentice, and apparently they were willing to work with a shadowclan RAT to harm their own clanmates. What the hell was a shadowclan cat even doing here? There was no way Dawnstar had approved this.

It didnt matter really, the bloodthirsty beasts who had no cause for their desire for power and now all that was left was making sure they could never harm a single loyal windclan cat.
Ignoring Rootpaw fleeing, knowing he'd soon be named exile for his lack of regret Crowtooth barked a "Sit still an' stay yer claws if ya 'ave a desire fer mercy Mistypaw/Ferretpaw!" at the apprentices before flinging himself at Sunheart. Sure they could flee too, but being a rogue in the dead of winter was a harsh life they might want to avoid by obedience for once.




Ah Sunheart. What to say about him. A fool, a liar, a manipulator, a power hungry bloodthirsty snake. Crowtooth was done thinking about this moron. It was time to overthrow this rebellion with the only thing Sunheart seemed to listen to, violence.
"Sunheart! Ya DARE ta drag Twilightstars name through the dirt when Im the one who tossed yer pathetic ass out o' the clan?! What, ya too scared ta do the same ta me?" A vicious, angry smirk ripped across the toms face as he spat at the rogue. "Yer a fool ta think this'd go anywhere an' yer a liar an' know it. Im through wit' ya. Face me ya cowardly pathetic rodent, we're endin' this. Now."
Windclan already had issues more important then some butt-hurt scum, so skipping all the formalities of a honorable fight Crowtooth went for the throat.


It was a brutal assault, triggered by Ottercold attacking Twilightstar, and with dripping fangs Crowtooth snapped, trying to rip out Sunhearts throat as claws flashed to gouge out his eyes. Usually the tom had more care, even for opponents, but those were clan opponents and thus got treated as such. Sunheart was nothing but a filthy rogue, and so had no such honor to speak of and would be treated just as horribly as he deserved.

Ottercold let out a sharp yowl in pain at the blow, and flinched back, stumbling backwards a few pawsteps, blood stemming from the gash. He limped a bit off the battlefield, not quite retreating, to lick the wound a bit. It hurted, it burned, and even for him, the amount of blood coming out was alarming. After a bit, he gave in, letting himself fall on his side, unsure if he would be able to get up to run if necessary. He nursed his wound, but his claws were still unsheathed, ready to fight tooth and nail if necessary to not get killed.

The big gray warrior remained further back and out of sight, lurking. When his mother first called the equivalent to the Avengers to follow a bunch of paws out of the camp, Leechscar had been pretty pissed off. He was still sore and didn't want to be hunting down wayward apprentices when she already had everyone else with her. But now he wasn't even sure why he thought about questioning her. There were dumbasses rebellions, like full-on rebelling against Twilightstar. He didn't think he'd find cats crazier than ShadowClan but these dumbasses were proving him wrong.

Why the hell were they rebelling against the kindest, easiest, and most loving leader to grace the clans? It didn't make any sense. Given that Crowtooth sounded pissed off enough about it for everyone, Leechscar kept his maw shut and kept an eye on their surroundings. They weren't in WindClan's territory and he didn't want them catching the attention of unsavory predators. The older furies and high ranks had everything under control.

As he remained alert he spotted a quivering tail peeking out of a bush and made his way. He picked up Skycloud's scent and bore his fangs.
"Hey, Coward, out." He ordered, unsheathing his claws. Leechscar wasn't interested in fighting right this second, but if the cat made one wrong move or tried to run, they'd have to come to blows.
