Seapaw emerged from the apprentice den, finally. Another slow morning. For once, even they were getting tired of lying around. A swim would be perfect, but other training would be good enough. They needed to get out and do something, anything, to be honest. At this rate, even combat training was starting to sound enjoyable. They never thought they'd think such a thing! But, as they aged, they were starting to realise that hiding from combat forever would be impossible. They'd have to at least learn some moves.

Anyway, the quicker he got his training done, the quicker he'd be allowed out alone. Then they can go swimming whenever they want. Wouldn't that be perfect? The apprentice sat themself down just outside the den, wiping their sleepy eyes with their paws. They just needed to find someone to take them out into the territory - it couldn't be too hard, right? Errr... The clearing wasn't exactly bustling, and it was just now occurring to him that he didn't actually know many warriors. Then they spied someone out. Who was that again? He definitely recognised them. Adderrr..... Adder.. Adder something -- Whatever, he'd remember soon enough. The apprentice wandered over, taking a quick pause before addressing the warrior. "Hi -- uh - I was wondering if you'd be available for some training, maybe?"

Early mornings were Adderstrike's bread and butter but today was a slow day for her as well. She slowly ate her prey so to not look like she wasn't doing anything. She certainly was doing something, but it was thoughts and planning things out so it seemed like she was lazing around. Good thing she had the 'eating my food extremely slowly' cover up. Once she was down to just the bones an apprentice came up to her asking her for training. Oh! This was going to be fun!

"Of course, what do you need to learn still?" She said as she started to bury the bones of the prey. Seapaw looked a bit older so she hope that they already had a bit of train, then again she might just be putting her experience onto other apprentices. She was pretty sure she was done with training when she shared Seapaw's size, though Adderstrike was Adderstrike.
