Oleander's surprisingly sharp memory did the best it could to memorize the herbs Wormbite needed. But right now he was a bit distracted by the whole ghost thing. How would Nick reach? Could he see it?
Well yes, it appeared he could. And he clearly wasn't happy about it. The tall white cat lunged at the I corporeal healer, and Oleander flinched, moving to get between him and the patient incase his mad frenzy accidentally got the blind cat hurt.
The suspicious volatile cat's violent attention turned to Oleander suddenly. He was being accused of lying!? At first, Oleander didn't understand. Then he quickly put together that perhaps Nick thought this was some kind of hallucinogen-induced mirage. Sheesh, you'd think the guy would be happy to see a ghost, he'd mentioned how awesome the dead were. Though the chubby Tom didn't know the full extent of the other's religious beliefs so perhaps thus ghost violated them. Either way, it wasn't Oleander's fault.
"What on earth are you talking about, calm down, you're going to hurt someone! I don't have anything to do with this gh-" his voice was cut off by the deranged cult guy knocking him over, claws dug into him. Oleander had nobody to blame but himself, he walked in here voluntarily. The tabbico tried to push spirit away with his back legs, claws not out so as not to harm him. It was a dark reflection....

Raypaw frowned more as his brother just seemed to want to hide away and not do this spar with him. Why didn't his brother want to do this? Why was he being so hesitant? In order to be a warrior, a cat would have to be assertive and personally be responsible for their own training. That's what he was doing right now! But no, of course Turtlepaw would rather look at flying pests. Maybe it was time for Raypaw to stop being so nice and gentle. Raypaw had tried explaining, but it just seemed to go in one ear and out the other. Maybe Turtlepaw needed some tough love to help him understand.
The golden tabby stood up and faced his brother again. The tortie seemed to be pulling back, looking more and more hesitant. But Raypaw wouldn't let him back away until he had finished showing him this move! Plus, the apprentice had said it was okay... "All right then I'll pin you, and you try to get me off with that kick. Okay? Don't worry about if it will hurt me, I'm pretty tough and we both need more practice. I need more practice taking on hits and you are practicing delivering them." Then he powerfully sprang about his brother, aiming to pin him on his back. That would give Turtlepaw the best angle to try the move. He might have been a little harsh, but he felt like he was really trying to help his brother.
(AACK! Sorry this is so late)

He looked around anxiously before sighing and lifting his legs. It was less of q kick qnd more of an attempt to lift his brother off of him with his hidden legs. But Raypaw was heave so he just kinda pushed him in the chest.
