Snapjaw had been pacing the camp most of the day, walking circles around the clearing as she waited for whatever Lilyglide had to tell her. Lily had asked to talk to her after she went out to train her apprentice and the later it got the worse the pit of anxiety in Snap's stomach got.
She kept looking up towards the sky, watching the sun slowly beginning to set. Where was she? Had something happened while she was out? The two had become decent friends ever since the night they'd gotten trapped outside of camp and she was worried she'd somehow found a way to mess that up. Why was she so anxious about this? She'd never normally cared much, but something Lilyglide was... different. She was sweet and tried her best to take care of her clanmates and the clan and it was endearing.
Snap took a deep breath, her gaze turning towards the camp entrance as she heard heard a rustling, was is Lilyglide? or someone else? She kneaded the sandy ground nervously.

Snapjaw's eyes locked onto Lilyglide and she padded over "Whatever I did- I'm so sor-" She was cut off by Lily. The large warrior furred her brows, taking a moment to really take in Lilyglide's words. 'remember that night?' Her mind flashed back to the storm that had stranded the two in Riverclan territory for the night. It'd been the night that sparked their friendship.
'I'm' The pause gave her mind just long enough to wander. 'i'm leaving Riverclan' 'I'm never going to talk to you again' She continued to make up fake scenarios in her head until Lilyglide's next words left her mouth. 'i'm expecting' Expecting what? Dark hazel eyes widened as reality hit her "kits- You're... we're... expecting kits?" She asked, taking a step closer, glancing towards Lily's belly before meeting her gaze
"Lil, you're pregnant?" She repeated herself a bit more enthusiastic, a smile spread across her maw as she leaned down, pressing against her. A rusty purr rose from the Riverclan warrior's chest. It didn't matter how scared she was, these were her kits and she had to step up for them.
She stepped back "How... do you feel?" She asked, sniffing at the smaller she-cat, her tail twitching anxiously behind her. What if something happened to Lily? or the kits... Anxiety once more clawed at her, but she did her best not to show it.
