He nestled closer to her warmth. "I look like a 1 moon old kit, not a 3 moon old. I'll probably still look like a kit by the time I'm full-grown." Not just small. Fragile. Too fragile for his age. Too fragile to play with other kits, and it wasn't like he was getting any stronger. Why did he have to be born so weak? It would've been so much easier if he was just a normal-sized, not-so-fragile kit. Perhaps if he was, he would've had friends by now, rather than just hide in the corners under the loving protection of Bloodfur.

Buzzardkit's ears perked up. He had been wondering, for what felt like a hundred moons. "Yes! Can you tell me a story about him? Your stories are the best." He curled up and looked up at her eagerly. He loved listening to his mom tell stories, and she had never mentioned his father before- a new story, and this time it had something to do with him, too!

"we met in windclan territory actually he was supposed to be a spy but he picked me to spy on because he said.....at least he thought that I looked beautiful but he was to dumb to notice the wind was pushing his scent toward me so I found him and asked what he was doing on windclan territory he told the truth saying he was a spy then asked if we could go hunting together I did and we talked for a few moons then one day he asked me to be his mate and I didn't know what to say I mean ah ha ha he was quit short but he was a good warrior oh I forgot to say he was a thunderclan warrior but his clan sent him to exile for matting with another clan so he joined windclan and had you but then rogues attacked the camp I took you and ran as fast as I could away from camp and....................................your father..............he died in battle"she started to cry thinking about wolfpelt

Buzzardkit looked up at Bloodfur, his eyes brimming with sadness and confidence. "He died an honorable death, and I'm sure he's watching you from StarClan. I'm sure he's proud. You're the best mom. And I'll be the best warrior WindClan has ever seen, so you'll never get hurt again by anything, and WindClan will be known as the strongest Clan in all the lands!"

"sleep well my handsome little warrior" she mewed licking her kits ear before curling herself around buzzardkit sleeping next her kit "I can take you hunting tomarrow.as the moon rose Bloodfur curled around her kit and slept till the next day

downkit woke up from her nap her brothers Hawkkit and Eaglekit woke up shortly after eagekit padded over to buzzardkit and shakes him to wake him up his claws accidently unsheathed and when he shook him again his claws scratched buzzardkit and drew blood

Rabbitpaw stepped out from the medicine den and made his way over to the nursery. It was getting cold, as he listens to the mostly playful complaints of his mentor during the recent gatherings they've had, and even he has noticed the cold biting through the way his overly fluffed up coat. And cold weather means that sniffles and colds are more likely, so he wants to check in frequently with the kittens just for checking in and making sure everyone is okay. After this, he was planning to head over to the elders as well.

Stepping into the space, it was as warm and inviting as ever in his opinion. It was so easy to forget about his worries when in here, but maybe, that's because ( if only in his mind or not ) the scent of his mom was still lingering when he took a big enough breath in. He misses her. He smiled, shaking out his fur, and looked around the nursery,

"Anyone wanna play a game of medcat?" He found that anything with kits was easier when it was a game. Besides it was more fun, even if slightly less professional. In, his professional opinion, it's productive playtime!
