Icekit paced around the Nursery for a brief moment before finding a decent spot in the coner and curled up. So many new kits. So many new faces. So many new kits that would try and talk to her. So many new kits to avoid. She shut her eyes, tucking her paws underneath her. The cold didn't quite bother her as much as it should, but judging by how everyone was complaining, it must be bad. For them, at least. She was fine with it.

Okay, so apparently she was not hidden enough. In no time, she was spotted by the so-called "Spottedkit". Ridiculous. What kit thought she was approachable? Shifting her position when Spottedkit walked over, Icekit promptly ignored the smaller kit.

Talonkit didn't understand. Why did she have to stay in this stinky nursery! She flicked her tail as she looked around, watching the other kits. She was bored! Where were her dads?! Where were her siblings?!
Whatever!
She would just have to.. Make some friends....
Suddenly, Talonkit felt a weight in her chest, one that she didn't like! She sat down with an annoyed huff as she flexed her claws into the dirt below. She would make some friends! She was sure of it! Yea!

Bubblekit They/them // Kit // Shadowclan // 4 moons

Bubblekit had been resting within the nursery themselves; paws together as they carefully inspected one of many wild flowers to reside by the area. This cat, personally, had little to no interest in bonding with others... But perhaps that's just because they didn't stand out all that much.
Bubblekit has yet to prove themselves as being loud, proud, outward or even a LITTLE bit noteable to the other kits. Truth is, they're fine with that.
The only thing that had managed to distract them from their spacing out was the other kit in the corner; tail swaying in a way that made Bubblekit a bit nervous. Though... Eye contact arguably wouldn't help, so they decide not to make any comments. Talking to people is of way too high effort, apparently.

Spottedkit sees Talonkit. and walks over to her
"hi I'm Spottedkit, your talonkit right?" Spottedkit asks as she looks at talonkit
Embercloud padded into the nursery, a warm purr and a smile on her face. "How is everycat here? Anycat need anything?" She offered, checking in on the queens and kits as she so often loved doing. Though now, there was also some grief mingled in with this activity, as it brought back memories of Beetlekit.

Yarrowkit yawned, bored. She looked at her paws and flexed them, unsheathing and sheathing her tiny kitten claws.

Bramblekit sat at the edge of the nursery, poking his head out to watch the clan goings-on outside. He was biding his time, feeling every heartbeat pass by. Soon, very soon, they'd be apprentices. Maybe then, they could escape their mother's tyrannical claws.

Talonkit fluffed up as this other kit walked over and repeated her name right back to her. "How do you know my name?!" She snapped at Spottedkit, standing up with tiny claws flexed into the dirt.
She stared for a few seconds before trotting away from the other kit and her eyes settling on an older kit sitting a bit away. She stomped over, "You! You're my new friend!" She said with an oddly aggressive tone. Hah! This'll show that kit that already knew her name! She thought as she lashed her tail with a smile on her face.
