Snakefang collected a few bits of moss, before she felt a cold gust of wind, the temperature was starting to drop, she noticed. "It's getting a wee bit late, should we maybe head back the noo"? She asked.

Well, seeing as Antpaw was an apprentice, that was probably up to Skunkridge.

Antpaw was completely content with following, thank you very much. Actually, he wouldn't deny he did have a wanting to show up his clanmates, do something cool, and take a leadership position... but he was too nervous and jittery for that. In the end, he just clumps along in the middle of the cats, sniffing the air grumpily.

Antpaw snorted, and Mallowpaw could feel his gaze on her pelt even after she had turned away, harsh and judgemental. Anger flared in her chest, hot and bright. What did he want from her? She had answered his question; she had told him the truth. Mallowpaw gave the other patrol a longing glance; she wished she was with Echopaw instead of this apprentice. Echopaw had been friendly, welcoming. Antpaw was the opposite; he was judging her, for her age or her sickness or both. Probably both. Swallowing down her resentment- and aggravating her sore throat as she did so- Mallowpaw listened to Spiderthroat.

He wanted her to stay at the back with her. The pool of dread in her stomach deepened, tinged with bitterness. Of course. The deputy had to see her fail to hunt, see her probably collapse when she tried to. Her paws felt like they were made of stone- part from sickness, part from dread- as she walked out of camp alongside Spiderthroat. Her head pounded, and all she wanted to do was curl up in her nest and sleep away the day. But she couldn't. And it was her own fault for not going to the quarantine camp like she should have. Her own stupid fault, and now she had to deal with the consequences.

[Have Antpaw + Skunkridge bring back whatever they find to Camp. Spiderthroat will be taking Mallowpaw to the Sick camp.]

He kept the apprentice in the corner of his sights. Always making sure he could properly see her. So the moment she went down, he was there. Sliding forwards just enough so that when she collapsed, her head landed on the back of his paw. He knew it.

"Alright. Let's get you to the sick camp." he huffed out. After taking a moment to weasel his way beneath the apprentice so she could comfortably rest laid across his back if she hadn't squirmed nor moved. The deputy looked up at the pair "You two. Catch what you can and than immediately go back to camp. Inform Bumblestar that I'd taken Mallowpaw to sick camp, and have Wolfpaw check ya and make sure you ain't sick if you have any symptoms." he instructed.

With that, Spiderthroat made his way towards their make shift quarentine camp.
