He paused at the entrance. Nervousness tingling up his paws. Maybe I shouldn't. No I have to! Summoning up all the courage he had he stepped into the den. "Bumblestar there's something I need to ask you about." He hoped his voice stayed strong and didn't sound as unsure as he felt. His paws wouldn't take him further into the den so he hovered by the entrance. The courage he mustered was the only thing keeping him there and it was waning fast. He was afraid of embarrassing himself in front of Bumblestar and the more he thought about the more it made him want to leave.

The dreaded conversation. One he didn't want to have. No. Not because he hated it, but because it was awkward! Having this conversation would further solidify the fact that they were his. Which they weren't. A sigh overcame the tom as he stepped into the leader's den. No hello no sign of him coming in. Just taking a step with a disgruntled expression.
Finally. After sorting through every which way he could say it, he finally swallowed his frog. "We gotta talk...about the brats." he began, a long pause, nose wriggling as his head went from just below his shoulders, to looking over his sholders. To up lobbed over on the side.
"The two that snuck out. They gotta be held back a moon apprentice wise...I ain't condonin that behavior."

Echopaw's ears flattened with guilt as she followed her mentor into Bumblestar's den. "I was assigned a patrol and I had to finish it if the other cats wouldn't. I know that leaving camp by myself was a bad idea, since I could have gotten injured or worse. I'm sorry, and I'd like to make it up to you and Spiderthroat in whatever way I can." Apologising repeatedly and being sycophantic probably wouldn't be the best idea for the situation, but alas, it wasn't as if she had any other somewhat reasonable options here.

Drizzlecloud, now a new mother, poked her head into the leader’s den. A recent dream hung heavy in her mind, while most of her attention had been directed towards her newborn sons, now that the chaos was over and they were very clearly healthy, she took it upon herself to leave the nursery to head to the leader’s den to have a discussion.
“Bumblestar? I have something–rather important, you see, that I’d like to speak to you about.” Being away from her kits made her a touch anxious, but she knew that they were in good hands with the other queens–and she’d be back to them soon enough.
Oooo, Drizzlecloud. It'd been a hot second since Bumblestar had seen her in a personal capacity. Hadn't she had kids recently? With the former healer's entrance, she sat up and offered her a welcoming half-smile. "Hey. Yeah, 'course, come sit down." She shuffled over to make some room. "Talk to me, what's up?"

This should be rich. Bumblestar sat up as Risingstorm nudged Echopaw into her den. Her eyes narrowed once with her Hornet's greeting, and then further as the newly-rejoined apprentice spoke.
A harsh exhale left her jaw as she pushed herself up to stand. "I'm not pleased, either," she commented wryly to Risingstorm, before turning a displeased stare onto Echopaw. "You - you're almost thirty moons old. I don't care how old you were when you went missing last, 'cause whatever it was, I guarantee you it was still old enough to remember that apprentices are never allowed outta camp alone, 'n that in the case of patrols, you tell whoever sent you out so they can handle it. What you don't do is wander off by yourself where you could end up hurt or killed, 'n you especially don't pull that crap when you should know well enough that there's extra restrictions in place right now. Apprentices need at lesst two warriors at all times with 'em if they're out; that hasn't been withheld from you in anyway, it's public information, 'n you should be aware of it."
She flexed her claws once. "You've been missing twice. Wolfhive took a chance on you this time, 'n he was mistaken in doing so. You're well-past the age a warrior should be, you've been back a moon, but it's still clear you've no respect or regard for my Clan's rules, whether you've refused to learn 'em or you just don't care about 'em. Either way, your time here's over. Get out. If I see you in or around my borders again, I'll treat you like I do every rogue I come across." She glanced up at her Hornet. "Risingstorm, make sure she leaves."

If she does not leave ThunderClan by your next post, she is liable to be attacked or even killed, circumstances depending. The hornet stood, waiting to hear echopaws punishment, tsk she would be lucky if she had gotten demoted, but that didn't seem like the case sadly rising had good hopes for echopaw he hoped that he would have had another apprentice make it to warrior hood, but that hope died out probably for the best.
The hornet sighed as bumblestar finished her verdict before he spoke again shifting his green eyes to the leader " yes bumblestar he meowed dipping his head before shifting his gaze to echopaw Lets go before you get into anymore trouble Echopaw he meowed flicking his tail hard as he exited the den
Oh, he feels awful. Not from an emotional standpoint, mind you, but from a physical one. His head hurts. His body is sore. He's couching and his nose is runny with the tell-tale blood of those who have this mystery illness. Pinepaw and Raccoontail are sick too. Raccoon, at least, seems less severe, but it's better to assume the worst so Hollow's forcing them into the quarantine camp too. First, though... he should probably report to Bumble. Who the hell even got him sick?? Was it everyone he'd attempted to treat? Was it Bravepaw? ...was it Silverpaw? Oh, it would be that moron, wouldn't it. Regardless... he's sick and there's nothing to be done about that except wait for this mystery prophecy cure.
"Bumblestar," he says, poking his head into her den but not entering. This illness is highly contagious, he's not risking one of his leader's lives. "Pinepaw, Raccoontail 'nd myself are all showin' signs of the sickness. Raccoon's not as severe but I want 'em at the quarantine just 'n case. 'Ve got Carrioncaller who's gonna come with the three of us. I'll-" a break in speech to cough into his forearm. He ignores the way his fur comes back a little redder. "I'll do what I can there- treatment wise, I mean. Can't be here, though." He'd anticipate some frustration at himself getting ill, but he's not immune. He's just a novice healer. Nothing more nothing less.
