Goldfish didn't want to do anything. Well, she did want to do one thing. She really, really, really wanted to talk to Jayfrost. But he was probably dead somewhere. Not here. The lionheart knew however that she must get something done, and her talk with Redmire was far overdue. Each step sent a jolt of figurative pain through her heart, each step worsening her mood. Misinterpretations sucked. So bad. Raising her golden eyes to look at the feline, Goldfish gave Redmire a weak, apologetic smile. "Hey, uhm.. Redmire? I just wanted to apologize for what happened when Fadingstar left the clan- not because anyone's making me, but because I want to. I know it's overdue. I really, really didn't mean to sound as much like an asshole as I did. I made a real bad image of myself right then. I understand what you were doing, stopping that fight- which was a good thing to do, mind you,and I'd like to thank you for doing so, cause I don't remember even bothering to say that- and I shouldn't have directed so much negative attention on you. You didn't do anything wrong." There was a sober sigh that came out of her mouth before continuing that hinted at hindsight. "I don't expect forgiveness, not really. Just.. a chance to show you that maybe I'm not such a jerk? I made a mistake, then felt it would look weak to fix it. As though I was uncertain of myself and cracked as soon as another viewpoint was said, even if the speaker had a valid point. I really am sorry." Goldfish knew better than to point out that she really didn't focus on Redmire as so many cats had berrated her for, looking back. But she could see how it could've been interpreted that way, and she kept quiet of this. No use in crying over eaten prey.

Feeling like he was being useless staying in the apprentices den Jaggedpaw was going to finally do something. Sure he couldn't leave camp without a warrior, but maybe there was other tasks he could do. First he wanted to make sure his fur was nice and neat then he'd find something to do.

The tom with a flick of his tail replied, " That's good. Sure I will share a piece with you" The tom got on all four his paws heading to the fresh kill pile.

The tom collected a perch from the fresh kill pile, walking with his tail held high he sat next to Darkrose, sitting the perch in front of her.
