Her ears perked as she heard her name called. Goodness—how has she not gotten to any training yet? She pranced up to her mentor. “CrowPaw reporting to duty!” she grinned up at the warrior, her tail swaying happily. “Ooo- when we’re out there could I learn some cool warrior stuff too? Like- hunting or fighting!” she questioned.

''Larkpaw!'' The tortoiseshell called out for the apprentice. ''Let's go. I'm showing you the territory, and I want to get the borders done today before sunfall.''

Lavenderleopard chuckled at Crowpaw's optimistic attitude. ''Not today,'' She mewed, flicking the apprentice's ear with her tail tip. ''You'll learn hunting and combat in time, but today, we're going to focus on the territory. In order to hunt, you need to know where the best prey runs - or swims, and in order to win battles in your own territory, you need to know where all the best places for ambush are.''

Larkpaw thought. She wasnt very familiar with windclan, so she thought of some they probably have. "I'm pretty sure mice, rabbits, squirrels, and thrush." Shs recited all that she could think. @anika

Stormpaw lay in the clearing and rest. He gasped and lick his paw. He look at the sky and close eyes. “One time will I be a part of it” he thought. “It'll be… an adventure!” He lay the head on his paws and rest again.

“Awww…alright…” she whined, a pout on her face for moments before it quickly subsided. “I guess that makes sense…let’s go then!” she grinned up at the warrior, paws antsing to dart out and explore the great unknown, the new territory, and the only one she’d truly get to know.

Duskleaf noticed the embarrassment in Russetkit's expression as he apologised. "It's alright." He said, turning to sit down on the branch again. "No harm done." Wow, it seemed his decision to sleep in a tree brought a crowd, as soon he spotted another warrior with light beige fur and green and blue eyes approaching. He wasn't expecting her to say something about the leaves in his fur, but couldn’t help but smile.

"The leafy look will catch on I tell ye!" He joked, actually at first he'd hated how leaves used to stick to his fur, but over time he grew to accept it and eventually it became his signature style.
