Silence never thought she'd be back here. ThunderClan. It had been, what, a year? since she last tried to set paw in that place. Well, now she wanted to see it once more. Her single copper eye scanned the area, breathing in the nostalgic scents. Hopefully Bumblestar or somebody (whoever was in charge) would welcome her back. She had a few more scars, nothing as severe as her previous scars. Hopefully this wouldn't scare anyone. Hopefully her
dad wouldn't worry about her. He tended to do that.
Stars, she missed him. Silence would have to explain that she and "Echopaw" were the same cat. Hopefully all her friends and Sparrowpelt would recognise her, if they didn't go missing. "
H-hello? Bumblestar?" the silver tabby called, nervously stepping forward. The memories she made in her self-induced exile, including the friends she had made. Like that old kittypet who reminded her so intently of her father, or that spunky rogue kit. Reminded Silence a lot about herself when she was younger. But that wasn't who she was anymore. The echoes had subsided, leaving only Silence. She was a different cat, no longer the friendly, energetic apprentice she was known as.
