Nightgaze almost jumped out of her fur and the sudden screech of her name. Huh?! What was going on? Spinning around, pelt fluffed in alarm, in the direction of the deputy. She relaxes at the explanation. "Oh, 'kay." Confused still, but hey, if Copperpaw wanted to go then why not?

Padding over she gave a friendly smile to each and everyone of her patrol members as was her usual greeting. Weird having Boss, Wolfy, Cop and her all on the same patrol. Must be a very important one! Was her apprentice planning some kind of grand adventure? Cool!

Wolfhive snorted, not believing Spiderthroat wasn't soft for a second. Already he was giving warriors more of a chance to correct their behavior than Wolfhive would - but that was his business, in the end. Wolfhive just thought it was too kind when trained warriors should know better. Whispering Wetlands? That wasn't one of their borders, but given the rabbit talk he assumed Spiderthroat meant Thunderglade. "Okay Old Timer, we'll pop to the Thunderglade." He glanced over at his 'ma and Nightgaze. "Ready whenever you are."

Oooh, another patrol, hm? Second one in a row to lead at that.

Treetiger kept her thoughts to herself as she stared at Spiderthroat with blinkless eyes. He was assigning her to yet another patrol, so be it. She'd get it done just like the previous. This time, she didn't have to worry about a hornet breathing down her back, though.

The Bengal would turn to look at the only feline to show up so far: Cedarstrike. Finally, a blink. Her eyes fought back the tears that wanted to form simply due to the fact they were dry from her staring. "Alright, well, we'll give Sprucey another moment to show up before we get this show on the road," Treetiger spoke plainly, her green eyes hiding any small emotion she may be feeling. She wasn't so anxious this time around.

Whispering Wetlands? That wasn't a location Bumblestar was familiar with. She squinted at Spiderthroat. "I think all those kids of yours are eatin' your brain." Thunderglade it was, then.

Before she could head out with the rest of her group, some squirmy little thing caught her attention. It was just... bumbling about. "Hold on just a sec, you three." She stepped over to the unfamiliar kitten and waved a paw in front of its face. Huh. Completely unresponsive, no noise... who's kid was this???

"Yo, Risingstorm!" Bumblestar lifted her head to call the tom over. "Come take care of this for me. Take it to Twolegplace 'n leave it in a yard or somethin' where it'll be found. I don't recognize it as one of ours 'n it seems like it's shut down." Unresponsive meant something was wrong. She was banking on multiple senses having been basically turned off, and a kit like that wouldn't live long out here.

With that settled, she turned back to the others. "Alright, let's head."

Risingstorm looked over towards Bumblestar, his eyes shifting to the kit the thing acted like a newborn and how they do squirming around, but it was a bit different. the white and tabby hornet limped forward " Sure I can...Uhh on my way back I'll catch something too" he meowed, picking up the kit. the thing smelled a bit weird unlike any clan, soon would smell of kittypet if it even survived being a kittypet. the hornet nodded his head slightly before heading towards the two leg place.

The tom's brow raised momentarily, little else changing in his expression. Alright. So there really was a patrol. What was the good news then? That there were three cats too many on it? And all cats he didn't know, too. Actually no, scratch that. Daylightwing was somewhat familiar now that he thought about it. From somewhere... although where was beyond his recollection. Eh, if it was important he would remember in time.

The problem now stood at the fact that he hadn't a clue who Cedarstrike or Treetiger were. If he had to assume, Treetiger was a brown striped cat... because clan cats were eternally inventive with their names. Brown fur? Let's subvert expectations and name you after a tree. But not just any tree. Oh no. You get to be all of them. Says the cat named Sprucejumper... but if anything that just further proved his point.

Lost in thought momentarily, it wasn't until he heard The Boulder's usual nickname for him that he flicked his ear, aloof expression turning towards a pair of she-cats already sitting together. He didn't quite catch which one spoke his nickname, and in earnest, he didn't care. He'd changed names about as much as he'd changed homes at this point. It was all meaningless in the end. Still, perhaps it would be best to not keep them waiting, especially seeing as how his keeping to the edges of the gathered cats had evidently either made him easy to miss or they simply didn't know him in the first place which... fair. It's not like he knew either of them himself to begin with.

"Attending," the chocolate point drawled in greeting as he approached the pair.

The kitten squirmed in an attempt to be released but little did the warrior know he had grabbed the tuft that was loose so it rips of leaving a balled spot and she tumbles away using her whiskers to help her move around but she bumps into a tree and dislodges a HUGE hairball and she says "I-I-I can speak! Get away from me! I'm not going to a two leg! They are ugly! they hurt me!" she says only barilly hearing herself though the vibration then she runs off

the kit broke free bumping into stuff as they did so rising picked them back up once more not like they could get far if they escaped again. the hornet moved toward the two leg place

The kitten tryed to bite the adult to free herself she was not about to become a kittypet just to be locked back up in a metal barred room! she ends up biting the adult and scratching him and then ripping more fur from herself and running
