"Mm." Redmire cast the surrounding area a searching look. Was anyone else having the same thoughts, or were they alone in this?

With Sedgefleck once more upright, she shifted to move out of his path. "I'll head back out with you. I hate being in here longer than I need to be." Originally due in part to how stuffy it always was; now, because of this.

After being gloomy about not being able to catch her tail for a moment, Duskkit heard her name.

Duskkit waddled her way over "Duh!" She responded enthusiastically.
She glanced at the other kits.
She doesn't really know them, but that's also fine.

Beaverpaw hadn't been doing much at the moment.
That was, until Riftpaw had come up and said hi to him.

"We won't, we promise!" Songkit mewed to both Shallowkit and Brokenstream. And she actually meant it this time, mostly! The adults always talked about how dangerous it was, but that just made it sound exciting! Lucky for Songkit, crouching lessons taught by a Lionheart sounded much more exciting.

As Brokenstream called another kit over, Songkit's whiskers twitched in curiosity. Although they had shared a den since birth, Songkit mainly only interacted with her siblings. The grey-white kitten bounded up to Duskkit, dropping to her belly and grinning up at the younger kit."Hey, Duskkit. Ya ready to hunt like a warrior?"

Shallowkit glanced at the other kit. Whatever their name was, they bounded over to them. Shallowkit frowned a little but didn't say anything just yet. "Songkit, I bet we'll learn to fight so good that Dark Forest cats will fear us!" He exclaimed and became his little "drama queen" self then started putting on a fake show. "Oh noo! It's Songkit and Shallowkit, the best fighters in all of the Clans!" Shallowkit gasped in a high pitched voice.

"Let's go!" Sedgeflake headed out of the den, glad to be slipping away for a moment. It wasn't like they were going anywhere crazy - just a trip to the beach. "Good for us to get out, we'll end up stir crazy otherwise."

Cricket'Paw awaited her mentor to here her question however, Flamepaw was eager as well. The apprentice hardly had breathed, and all Cricket'Paw could do was chuckle.

"I love learning our history, from what I know Sleepy Thicket is wear we put the graves of our fallen warriors and loved ones, right Rosehawk?" The tabby female gently dug her shiny claws into the ground, or floorboards, whatever it was.

"I don't particularly know what Haven Springs is special for, except nice water, and good fishing."

Rosehawk turned and blinked warmly at her apprentices through blue eyes. ´´Dusklion is moving the graves here, with Carpthroat and Deerspark to help her,´´ She mewed softly. ´´As Fadingstar said, we´re leaving it behind, which is why they´re moving the graves in the first place.´´

In the RiverClanner´s mind, it felt disrespectful to be moving the graves. However, she understood why Dusklion wanted to do it. ´´You´re correct about Haven Springs, Cricketpaw, but they were also a good place to have a nice swim. The waters were warm season-round,´´ The dark-cream-and-white rosette warrior mewed. ´´There was also good hunting there.´´

With a nod of approval, Brokenstream immediately dropped into a hunter’s crouch, eyeing each one of the three kits playfully. ”This is a hunter’s crouch! Not too far away from a fighting stance, but meant for you to be more sneaky.” He paused for a moment. Should he be teaching kits to be more sneaky? ”…but the sneakiness only works when hunting real prey.” He added quickly. ”If you try to use it to sneak out again, I’ll personally make sure Fadingstar delays your apprenticeships.” He warned before the playful glint returned to his eyes. ”Now I want all of you to show me your best hunter’s crouch! After that, I’ll let you practice sneaking up on me.”
