Birchbranch / Birchpaw padded over to the floodstone, tail tip twitching.

Shellwhisker followed.

Emberfrost sleepily joined.

Honeypool slipped out of the nursery and walked over.

Frostfeather slipped out into the clearing.

minkpaw gave the injured cats another look before hurrying out of the medicine den and gathering below the floodstone to listen to birdsnow. they were overdue for a meeting and she was glad birdsnow was probably going to sort out things now. her heart was beating just a bit higher, eyeing their leader with hope in her eyes. new deputy..and lionhearts..and. and medicine cat. a shallow sigh escaped her, blazingstar was right, riverclan would find back to starclan and birdsnow would be a great leader.

The right side of her face was sore to hell and back, sometimes she could still feel twinges of pain racing through her. At least she wasn't dead and got to live after facing that psychotic deputy. She still recalled the accusations that had been thrown during the gatherings. Springpaw believed that they weren't a lie, the guy looked like he would kill for fun. Now she was sure of it if she judged based on how he fought her and Beanfloat, he looked like he was out for blood. Not sure if she would face the wrath of the healers she stood by the entrance of the medicine cats den.

Dandeliontuft stared blankly at the Floodstone. Her mind was back to the moment she killed her sister. She padded to Garlicfeather, leaning against him, a burst of warmth brushing over her. Atleast she had a cat to rely on. Pulling away, her gaze returned to the Floodstone, waiting for the meeting to commence. Wonder what this is about? Maybe deputy and medicine cat. I hope Cobwebpaw becomes medicine cat. They’re the best at medicine. Or Minkpaw. But ofcourse, I wonder who our deputy will be. I think that the best warrior for that is… Well..She hadn’t met many cats so she wasn’t sure who in particular fit the role best but out of the cats she did know, she didn’t know a better cat than Garlicfeather. Ugh! Get out of your head! Not everything is centered around him! She scolded herself, tho her posture was unchanged, her ears perked, awaiting the words Birdsnow had to say.

Daisypaw padded over to the Floodstone, tired despite not fighting. She hadn’t been trained in fighting yet and never experienced a battle, so her gaze swept around camp in horror. This looks worse than how the stories say.. She gazed nervously as the Floodstone.

Dovepaw padded into the clearing from the apprentice den, pressed close to Daisypaw. Her gaze swept over every cat in the clearing. The terrible stench on Thunderclan still hung very faintly over camp. If only I could have fought.. I would’ve scared them back to their territory. Her gaze fell on Birdsnow expectantly.

Dunepounce limped over from the prey pile - seemed he had returned to camp just in time. He sat, curling his tail tightly around his paws, and observed his fellow clanmates, their faces. Tired, scared, frustrated, relieved… yep just about every emotion could be found in the crowd. And Birdsnow herself seemed.. hard to read. Hopefully this meeting would lay out a game plan, because clearly something was wrong if ThunderClan was able to just waltz into their clan and rip them to shreds.
