Goldfish trains Daisypaw (Hunting Lesson 1)

Goldfish padded lightly through the woods. Her heart surged in happiness- she finally had an apprentice! Her dream!
The black and yellow molly flicked her tail-tip as she entered a snowy clearing by the river. "Wait here, Daisypaw." she ordered, and Goldfish stalked into the bushes, retrieving a pinecone. "Okay, Daisypaw. This is a mouse during this practice." She explained thoroughly as she could, "Now, let me see your hunting crouch. When we've finished our training, we'll collect moss for the elders." She added briskly, fondly recalling all of her training. Goldfish loved mentoring already. Her apprentice seemed great, and Goldfish wanted to develop a close bond with her.
The eager new mentor understood mental health needs, and she decided that would be an important in order to befriend Daisypaw to be as empathetic and caring as possible.
Unfortunately, Goldfish was so terrible at being calm she got teased for it- not the Gold cared. She sat down next to Daisypaw so she could fix her form if she needed to.

Daisypaw seemed nervous, but she fell smoothly into a hunters crouch, her tail swaying side to side. (TRAINING IS KEPT UP WITH HERE!!)

Goldfish nodded slowly, then extended a paw to keep the Apprentice's tail from flicking. "That'll alert all the prey you're here," Goldfish explained, trying to press back her excitement.
The apprentice was nervous- no need to make it worse.
"Now try to move through the undergrowth. Try not to let your fur brush the ground or snow, It'll leave a trail and be loud."
She quickly added; "You're not doing it, I just want to remind you. Good job. Yes, that's right."

Slowly, Daisypaw moved forward, her fur barely touching the ground. After a moment she stopped, glancing back. How was that? Daisypaw meowed, a nervous smile on her face.

Goldfish smiled and nodded. "Perfect!" she said cheerfully. "Now, I want to see how much you already know about pouncing."
Her mind was partially wandering to her mate Pepperbounce, and Goldfish shook her head to clear her head. The molly had to focus just as much as Daisypaw. "Go to that-" she set a rock down three fox-lengths from the pinecone, "-rock. Then, I want you to stalk up, pounce, and potentially 'kill' the pinecone as you would prey." Goldfish took a few steps back, and hopped atop a log, yellow eyes watching Daisypaw intently.
Her tail-tip twitched slightly, and her nose quivered as she smelled for danger. Anything could happen.
If she wasn't careful, they might get attacked by the fox that nearly mauled Flutterpaw and GarlicFeather.

Bleh! That tastes TERRIBLE. I’m glad that’s not prey or we’d be insane. She meowed, gazing at Goldfish in interest.

"Alright, Daisypaw," She said, voice calm with suppressed curiousity on how she'd react. "I want you to try and collect this moss." She ordered, tail-tip flicking and golden eyes fixed on her apprentice.
