Kithood: Ravenkit was born to an Unknown molly and Nightlight in late new-leaf 2022, they had no siblings and due to a complication in the birth their mother unfortunately passed away. Nightlight tried his best to raise the kit on his own, but it was hard as he was still expected to continue his warrior duties as well, but he tried to have a good and close relationship with his child, which Ravenkit enjoyed. Ravenkit and Nightlight were very close to each other and Nightlight would even spend some nights in the nursery with Ravenkit. However, when Ravenkit became three moons old they decided to change their name to Starlingkit as they thought it fit them better, this left Nightlight confused and upset as the prefix Raven was chosen by Starlingkits mother. Distressed he left the clan on a journey to re-discover himself and to try and move on from his deceased mate. This left Starlingkit all alone. Starlingkit was distressed as they didn’t know why their father left them, and they were constantly worried about Nightlight.
Apprenticeship(so far): At the age of six and three quarters Starlingkit was apprenticed and became Starlingpaw under the training of Lynxblossom, a cat who they had previously met while helping to clean the nursery. On their second day of training they were sent out on a patrol with a warrior named Branchfire, who helped teach them basic hunting so that they could hunt on the hunting patrol, on this patrol Starlingpaw caught their first prey.
