Im Still getting Staff approval for this, but if it gets approved then I want to know how many people would be interested.

Update: Staff have said that Right now, this plot is a no, but id still like to know if anyone interested in this for the future!

Hello - Cats cannot speak the languages of other animals, so Emberwing would not be able to speak dog.
