Pet: a small raven (magically bred to be the perfect size for a city flat or dormitory)
Appearance: Professor Hornbuckle is a thin woman with curly brown hair and plump heart-shaped lips. She has blue eyes, olive skin, and many freckles under her pretty dark violet robes.
Personality: As a student, she was drawn to both Herbology and Potions. But when she eventually became a teacher, she would not have traded the world for her job. She greatly enjoys teaching the children, trying to make helpful comments about failed potions and mistakes but often coming off as rude instead of constructive. She is actually a very sweet lady. Despite only being twenty-seven, she is a great teacher.
