Can an apprentice have kits? How many moons does she have to be?

@Silverdream Hello! So apprentices are not allowed to have kits or a mate. They can have crushes, but it cannot develop into more than that until both parties involved are at least warriors

As for having kits, warriors/cats must be at least 13 moons old before they can have a littler of kits.
