Cookie nodded towards to the tom leaving. She cuddled up in the sun light coming from the large window in the large white kitchen. She purred loudly drifting to sleep.

As the young girls ran through the kitchen in a hurry: One slamming her hand on a white box on the wall that turned of the light. Theo flinched in surprise but he quickly adjusted to the sudden change. He picked himself up and walked away from the plant he'd originally hid behind finding a bookshelf not too far off.

He leapt up in a single bound. He curled up to a knocked over book laying his head on his paws " Goodnight!" He'd mew loudly.

He woke up to the sound of pattering feet on the wooden floor upstairs. He turned his head to see the young girls rushing around carring a bunch of stuff " Ummm, What are they doing? " He'd hollar to cookie.

“They are going to work. The kids go to kiddy works and the parents go to adult work,” Cookie responded, not even lifting her head. “They’ll feed us right before they go on in the metal monsters.” She padded over to the three dishes, sitting at the entrance to the kitchen. “The food goes in theses too and the water refills itself in that one.”

A small kit jumped to the top of the fence. He had dark grey fur with black stripes. He had strikingly bright orange eyes that seemed to inspect every inch of the yard. His collar was a dark blue, and the silver tag said 'Dewie'. He seemed to be 2 moons old.

He heard a soft noise close to the door, he turned to see a faint outline of what seemed of was a kit. He flicked his tail waiting for the kit to do something but saw no harm in him. His attentioned snapped to the two-legs children that where now rushing out the door.

Dewie jumped the fence, sniffing around. It seemed harmless essentially, but he wondered if it was inhabited. The smell of twoleg was strong when he sniffed the ground.
