Silverdusk padded in beside Wildpaw, behind Rookfire. She held the group of marigolds in her maw, dropping them with the rest of the gathered herbs from the patrol. She looked up at Wildpaw, beaming and thrilled, beside the lack of the proper herbs he had retrieved. She snickered slightly, and looked ahead to Sleepysunrise, awaiting their dismissal.

He watched, as Shadepaw returned with... Fish? They had fish here? He supposed it should be obvious, with the lake and all, but he'd never thought too hard about it. Plus, he didn't know how to fish. He certainly wouldn't be taking those from the kill pile, but perhaps some weirdo would. Then Bramblepaw, with a more normal looking collection. Five catches, impressive. Would it be the kid's warrior ceremony soon? Then Mudslide. Good, everyone seemed ready to go, so he led the way back without a word, simply beckoning with his tail.

Newtbelly returned to the clearing, not entirely happy to be back. It'd been such a quick hunt, he'd like to go back out again. Not that there was anything wrong with being in camp, it could just be... boring. He got antsy waiting around here, he wans't big on sharing tongues in the clearing or anything like that. Seemed like a waste of time. "Mistlewhisker," he approached the deputy. "There's plentiful prey today. The apprentices did well."

The patrol was, of course, a bit longer than expected, but Honeycomb finally pads back with his fuzzy tail held high. He makes a short peer behind his back, only to see Adderpaw trailing behind, but there is, however, no sign of Elkmane. Both hold a content number of herbs along their way, and relief glisten in Honeycomb’s green eyes he realized that after some bit of effort, he finally managed to lead the patrol into success. Hopefully.

He approaches Sleepy with his typical open-hearted grin, and bends down to place the herbs between them. It’s just something that makes it uncomforting while carrying them along between his fangs for so long, and he doesn’t want to experience it for longer.

Elkmane not here. Can’t find him.

Honeycomb uses the same lip-movement technique as always for better communication. He meanwhile sinks his head again, silently showing off his apology. When one of his clanmates won’t show up to assist the patrol, then it doesn’t mean that he will expect punishment, right?

˖✿˚⋆ Adderpaw followed close behind the leader of the patrol, being extra careful not to drop any of the herbs she's carrying. Honeycomb seemed to have found the herbs she presented to be the correct ones. She hopes he was right, still the thoughts gnawed at the back of her mind when camp finally came into view.

˖✿˚⋆ Once the found miss sleepy sunrise, honeycomb places the herbs down and then proceeds to report the patrol in that silent communication of his. Adderpaw placed her herbs next to his and then took a hesitant step back. Yeah she had seen that other warrior at all the entire patrol really- had they even left with them? She couldn't remember she had been too focused on not messing up.

˖✿˚⋆ Adderpaw turned to the medicine cat and opened her mouth as if to say something but absolutely nothing came out and in turn she shut her mouth immediately and stared at the herbs instead. When words fail, act like your weren't going to say anything at all. If the herbs were wrong she could only trust that Miss sleepysunrise would immediately know and get rid of them.
