Milkbee nodded at Risingstorm upon his arrival, chuckling lghtly at the nickname, "Bee". Wth a purr of amusement, she turned and headed out towards the camp exit. "Alright," she hummed, giving the Hornet a gentle nudge with a shoulder. "Let's get movin'!"
Once the pair was out and about in Firefly Cove, the fluffy cream-furred warrior turned to look at Risingstorm.
"Aaaaalright! Marigold, right? Orange flowers with frilly petals. Sounds pretty, don't you think so?" She chirped, scanning the meadow. "Okay, I'll look over there, you can do whatever! Honestly, I don't know if I should be telling you how to do things, haha! I think you should be the one bossing me around, honestly." Then with a playful wink, she walked over to where she'd mentioned, and began searching for the flowers. It didn't take long, it turns out. After some time of digging around the greenery, Milkbee spotted the pretty orange flowers poking out of lots and lots of leaves, which were attached to the stem of the flowers. She reached down and pulled gently at the stem, pulling out a good majority of the roots as well. This would do.
The hornet padded behind bee entering flower cove “ orange flowers, sounds easy enough he meowed with a smile breaking off from bee and searching for the herbs giving a kind smile to bee “ Ehh i dont mind i would have said the same thing, but you are the patrol leader after all” he meowed back with a wink and a playful flick of his tail.
Turning away and stalking deeper into the forest looking around for the orange that would stand out against the bitter green, it didnt take him too long to find the flowers plucking them from the base on the plant with his teeth he took a good amount of what he could find with his mouth full he flicked his tail signaling they could head back now.
Yay, Yay, YAY! This cat was the most important, even SpiderDads boss! Getting training from her was essential, and SpiderThroat would be proud…and of course she’d best her siblings! “yes!” she muttered under her breath happily. “Thank you, thank you!!” she squeaked, though not too high-pitch to be annoying, simply in a way that shared her excitement. Firefly Cove? Sure, she had heard of the location as a kit, but this idea just dawned on FireflyPaw…of course it wasn’t true but she’d take it as Firefly Cove being named after herself…perfect! ”Nope! Haven’t been around territory at all actually! Just MothFlame has trained me but she did it here!…It’s difficult to find two available warriors at once…” the apprentice informed BumbleStar, her wide, admiring gaze still lingering on the super cool leader.
@dino. (ahhh sorry for my little miss trouble- and to take up your time-)
This Spider-kid was the complete opposite of her father: incredibly energetic, very talkative, and with the potential to verbally tear her ears off just by flapping her lips. With a twitch of the torn one, Bumblestar grunted out an acknowledgement and moved to exit the den, leading the apprentice to Firefly Cove.
"There's a reason it's called what it is," she said as they crossed the break in the trees. "Unfortunately, you'll have to wait 'till new-leaf to see it. Funny enough, you share it's name, so... there you go, I guess." She wondered if the mother had done that intentionally, or if 'Firefly' was just part of the apparent bug theme the whole family had going.
Bumblestar stopped in the center of the meadow, tipping her muzzle in the direction of the cliffs. "This used to be a graveyard, 'till RiverClan came moons back 'n stole it from us when I was a 'paw. Me 'n a warrior named Jaystride dug up everything we could 'n moved it all to Willow's Rise so everything could be in one place. We took the Cove itself back in a fight led by Cindersky. It's what led to RiverClan's current sorry state. They've always been cruel, don't forget that, but now they're just pathetic." Maybe Stormstar would actually bring them forward... Bumblestar didn't mind that one so much, unless she was already in a pissed-off enough mood.
She looked back to Fireflypaw. "You had any training yet?"
"Sorry for yankin' ya, but I heard through the grapevine you haven't had much luck getting training done!"
The trek through the woods was brief, as Bluedive stopped on the edge of Firefly Cove. The treeline would fade into an open field, and eventually the beach - but mainly he just wanted to go to a quieter area for practice. "All the sickness has sure put a damper on things, hopefully those journey cats get back soon so we can get back to bein' the strongest Clan in the forest. It's rough when half our cats are stuck coughin' on each other."
Bluedive positioned himself beneath one of the trees, paw on the bark. "Anyway, climbing's pretty simple and your instinct will do ya right. Start with one paw, and hook it in the bark. Don't go too deep or you'll hurt yourself - you want to be able to pull yourself out easily and quickly." He tested to make sure his claws were in. "Then pull up with your front, and push with your backpaws." Once his other paw was hooked in, he used his back paws to help push himself upward. Then once his back paws got hooked in, he'd raise one of his front to unhook it, and repeat the process. "Might feel awkward at first, but you'll get the hang of it with practice." The most awkward part was tryna explain it! At least to Bluedive - he never had to do it before.
He'd climb the tree past the lowest branch, stopping just above so Streampaw could get to it without him being in her way. "Try to get to the branch beneath me!"
Away from the tree but within sight was Redtooth, only there due to the buddy system currently in place. He had nothing to add to this.

Re: Firefly Cove
Streampaw
Streampaw definitely hadn't expected help from a clanmate she hasn't met before, but she greatly appreciates it nonetheless. So she follows him and gratefully drinks up the information he is so graciously providing her, her tail subconsciously flicking behind her as she listens. Okay, claws, bark, not too deep... got it. She watches with slight awe as he effortlessly scales the trunk, her eyes wide. She can do this. Yes, just... don't think too much about it and focus on the advice she was given. (She rolled an 11!)
The lithe white molly sinks her claws into the bark, tentatively heaving herself up and begining the climb. After a bit of difficulty with her claws sinking in too deep, she gets the hang of it and upon reaching the branch nimbly makes her perch on top of it. She then looks up at Bluestreak for acclimation, not too bad for her forst try, right...? She did make some mistakes, was it bad?
"W-was t-t-that... was t-that okay?" She asks, her quiet voice directed upwards.
"Yes, well done!" Bluedive purred down at her. Sure, it was a little messy, but - "Like I said, all it takes is practice." Streampaw wasn't different from when Bluedive started, or even Redtooth - though his brother might not admit that. No one was perfect, especially starting off.
He would make his way up a couple more branches. "Let's have you keep going for a bit, we can pause when you get tired." Climbing trees was not easy - and after a few runs Streampaw would probably feel it - but the point was to get her used to the motions so in the future, when she needed it, there was no hesitation.

Meanwhile on the ground, the tagalong Redtooth caught sight of a mouse and was in the process of stalking it as it scurried into the grasses of the cove.

Streampaw
Streampaw nods, looking up to the higher branches with slight anxiety. That's pretty high... but it doesn't matter! She'll just have to be careful. (12 was rolled!)
So she determinedly puts one paw in front of the other as she only continues to scale the tree without any intention of stopping, she'll test once she's told to stop. That way she can get it over with all at once.
Bluedive knew Streampaw was gonna go for it, but he didn't expect her to KEEP GOING... after about halfway or so up the tree he called upward. "You doin' alright?" He didn't want her to burn out before she could get down. He had thought they'd go up a couple more branches, reassess, and go from there - oh well, live and learn. While he awaited her response, he scaled the tree - taking the back, so he could catch up to her.

Unrelated, Redtooth caught the mouse and was on the prowl for more prey.
She listened with perked ears as the leader spoke. She had to wait all the way to new-leaf? That felt so far in the future! She hadn’t been born yet in the previous one…supposedly it was pretty? Well…she supposed the anticipation added some excitement to her life that she would reveal later. Funny enough, you share its name, so... there you go, I guess. Yay! There she goes! For some reason it was an achievement for her.
She watched the leader as she explained the history of the location. It was super cool that BumbleStar was a sort of part of it as well! And…Bleh! The mention of the pathetic fish caused her nose to wrinkle a bit. “Who’s CinderSky?” she questioned, genuinely curious. She was sure she heard the name thrown around a few times but no actual facts about the mystery-cat.
Any training? “MothFlame taught me basic fighting skills!” she informed.

'Who's Cindersky'?? Bumblestar frowned. Did cats not share these stories anymore? She'd need to look into fixing that. "Cindersky used to be ThunderClan's leader," she explained. "Only briefly, granted, but still. She was the first after a period of just... not havin' one. She 'n her deputy Sparrowflight were voted in after she headed a battle to take this place back from RiverClan. She didn't last very long - didn't do much outside of the battle 'n stepped down after just a few moons. We... we were close." It would never not pain her to think of the former warrior. "I can explain more when we're done here, if you want. The full story's long."
With a shake of her head as if to clear her thoughts, Bumblestar turned to other matters. "So you got the basics down, then, I'm assumin'. You interested in learning some more advanced stuff?"
