A Cascading Lily (P)

Lilygrowth was stressed. And she was barely ever stressed. Her eyes displayed mild anxiety as she peered up at the sky. She sat down and took a fish from the prey-pile, picking at it. The other day, she had decided to only eat fish and berries. Any four-legged creatures felt too much like cats. It felt inhumane somehow. She took a small bit of the fish.

Cascadingrapids yawned as she stepped out of the den.
Oh how she wishes to sleep more, but she's gotta wait until she at least get's something done.

As she walks out, the first thing she does is look around.
She spots another warrior, sitting and eating.
Hmmmm.
Yeah, why not.

She moves over.
"Mind if I sit here?" She asked.

"Of course you can sit here!" said Lilygrowth. She moved out of the way so that there was room. "Would you like some fish?"

(Note that she's too sweet for her own good)

Cascadingrapids glanced down at the fish as she sat.
Did she?

"Nah, it's fine, you can keep it." She then decided "I'm not that hungry right now, anyway."
"How's your day.. ah, morning been?"

"Stressful," responded the she-cat. "Some other cats teased me for not eating voles, cause their patrol caught a lot of them. And then I got sad because I'm the only cat I know with no mate. And I want kits."

"Some people just don't like voles, it happens." She said casually.

Her ear twitched at the next comment.
"I know plenty of cats without mates that have kits." She shrugged "Adopting and all that."

She personally doesn't know how well she'd do around kits.
She might end up being a bad influence due to her laziness.

"I guess." She said "I've never thought about it much."
The most she's thought about 'romance' is when she just happens to hear gossip every now and then.

It was usually only certain cats that were talked about though, and most of the time she isn't paying attention to gossip anyway.
Not really her thing.
