Need design for a character!

Hello! I need a design for my new character. I have yet to name them, but if an outsider it will be Serenity. The design is based off of a red spotted admiral

 

I'd like for the blues to really pop, but make it realistic! I'd also like for some white in there.

Please keep the pattern that was on the wings! I'd like for that to be on the pelt, and then you can do whatever you want for the rest!

I will be paying up to 4000 for this. Please show me your art before you apply! I will not be taking bases
