moondapple is a sassy and rude cat. she still has a remaining hatred for the clan for them disbanding the dusk syndicate, despite it happening many, many moons ago. she is secretly thankful for windclan for sheltering her though she hides it. she doesn't like other cats thinking she relies on others.
moondapple grew up thinking that she could only rely on herself, that other cats had no reason to help her. and for most of her life, that was true. she perceives other cats as weak when they rely on others. and now, since moondapple is an elder who completely depends on younger cats in the clan, she has a slight form of self loathing.
when she was younger, moondapple wasn't afraid to manipulate to get her way. she was aggressive and would get her way any way she could. she has since mellowed out, though that manipulative side still remains, but she rarely does it.
she isn't the type of cat to think things through. if it comes to mind, she'll go for it. she's reckless and still is even in her older moons. she doesn't really consider how her words will affect others and she doesn't apologize other than a "i'm sorry that you feel that way".
from her past as a loner, she has learned to always be observant and to notice every detail of something. she's exceptionally good at analyzing what another cat is like based on what she overhears or how they act around her. this causes her to be slightly judgmental based on what she guesses about other cats. this also causes her to have a great memory, so she can usually remember a lot of faces and names.
she doesn't exactly mind when cats meet her sassy comments with another rude comment. she expects it and just sees it as a similar tone response to what she says. she almost expects it usually. however, she's good at observing another cat's mannerisms and is good at judging if they're actually as rude as they may act like.

appearance: moondapple's fur is marbled black and white. her underbelly and chest are completely white. her left eye is blind, resulting from a certain scratch she had gotten when she was younger. the blind eye is a milky white. her other eye is green. both ears have notches in them and she has a noticeable scar on her shoulder. she's very noticeably very skinny.

shimmershine is a bold and confident cat. she's confident in her abilities. she's a narcissist. she holds herself to a high standard and tries to keep it that way. she tries to portray herself as perfect, for example she always keeps her pelt pristine and sleek. she doesn't try to change herself to make other cats, she thinks she's perfect the way she is.
she's judgmental to others based on appearance, she's very unlikely to associate with other cats that are mangy looking or have unkempt fur. in her mind, that would make other cats think she's filthy herself. she hates it when cats see her as dirty, surely they would think it would make it her lazy if her pelt wasn't pristine.
however, she doesn't mind cats that are very sick or are permanently scarred. she knows they can't do anything about how they look, she only cares about cats that don't care enough to even groom their selves. clearly, those cats are extremely lazy, lazy enough to voluntarily be covered in filth.
shimmershine is extremely talkative and has no trouble starting a conversation. this causes her to have tons of surface level friendships. she always prefers having someone to talk to and hates it when she's completely alone.

creeksplash has a hard time applying himself to anything. He sees no point to anything he does. he just sees himself as a normal, unimportant cat. he knows how unimportant he is. he has so much self-loathing that he could see no reason why a cat would like him.
he knows he has no hope for a future. thus, he is reckless and rude. he doesn't care what other cats think of him. he thinks cats can rarely remember him. he has a hard time interacting with other cats, he gets nervous and usually copes with it by insulting the other cat to try and get them to leave him alone. deep down, he wants to improve, but he can't think of a way to do it.
creeksplash is very insecure of his high and shrill voice, so that is another reason he tries to minimize speaking as much as he can. he knows how weird it is to other cats, so he'll just avoid speaking whenever he can.
he doesn't judge other cats, he just treats them all the same. cats seem to give up talking to him after the first few chats, so he doesn't care about a lasting impression. creeksplash doesn't really have any friends, so he's grown used to it. he likes to stay to himself and gets nervous when there's too much noise and cats around.
in the rare times he opens up to another cat, he comes off as very genuine. he'll pour out his feelings to them and confide in them. creeksplash will hide nothing from them and will almost admit anything to them. these are very rare because he has a very difficult time speaking to other cats, much less actually enjoying their conversations.

mossflower is an optimistic molly who tries to make the most out of any given situation. she's always hopeful, and tries to cheer up cats if she can. she almost radiates happiness.
she's almost always gleeful and it takes something extremely serious to affect her mood. she believes that acting happy convinces your mind to be happy. mossflower always greets other cats warmly and she does her best to make other cats around her to feel great. she hates it when cats put others down. she doesn't particularly like it when cats are rude or manipulative, though she knows she can't change the way they are. she instead just acts the same as she does around other cats and hopes her optimism rubs off on them.
despite being positive, that doesn't mean she's ditsy. she is very analytical and usually tries to logic her way through things when she can. this also causes her to have a hard time making decisions because she usually over thinks it.

thrushfeather is the type of cat that will forgive anything. it doesn't matter how terrible another cat's actions are, he'll still forgive them no matter what. he lacks confidence and doesn't have a good opinion of himself.
this means he'll listen to any cat because he thinks they're smarter or more important than him. he'll do any action they instruct him to without any hesitance.
he tries to do his best to get along with every cat. he couldn't bare it if cats were angry at him. thrushfeather is also extremely loyal to his clan and cats he gets close to. anything can cause thrushfeather to get anxious. it usually happens from hoping he'll do something correctly. he always get nervous that he'll mess something up and everyone will hate him.
thrushfeather hides his feelings from others because he thinks that others will judge him for how he feels. this causes him to internalize everything he feels and rarely shows it. only when his emotions become really severe will he show it.

magpieflight is "looks can be deceiving" as a cat. he's a big cat that's very imposing, and yet, he's a gentle cat that tries to get along with everyone.
he's the type of cat that can develop a crush on anyone for any reason. it usually doesn't go anywhere, because he's usually too nervous to go talk to them about it, or he'll think it'll be awkward. but when he does decide to talk to his crush, he'll usually subtly flirt with that cat rather than flat-out admit his feeling to them.
magpieflight will almost have his feelings on display and he's a rather sensitive cat. almost anything can hurt his feelings, though he's usually quick to recover from it. he finds it extremely easy to talk to others as well as emphasize with them. he can make friends and usually keep them very easily. he will often joke with other cats to help them feel better or to just make them laugh.
he does like to help other cats with their crushes when he can, he gives them advice even though how inexperienced with love he is. he finds it fun to help others out, especially with love.

nettle is somewhat similar to his sister, shimmershine. like her, he's very confident in himself and his abilities.
he constantly ventures around. nettle never stays in one place and he is very easily bored. it doesn't take very long for him to grow bored and he hates doing mundane tasks. he's always up for trying something new.
nettle isn't the exactly the most loyal cat. he has trouble committing to things and to cats. often, he'll flirt with a molly and leave a few days later.
he doesn't rely on anyone. he has no trouble staying by himself. he doesn't particularity prefer to be by himself or with other cats. he's always looking for adventure or something to do. he doesn't enjoy staying in the same place for too long.
