A sweet and starry-eyed she-cat who always finds the best in situations
Age: 27 moons
Gender: She-cat
Appearence: A light gray, long-haired she-cat with green eyes and markings along with a yellow flower beside her ear.
Daisyfeather headed toward the middle of camp. She had a great idea! It was finally spring so there was abundant prey and any clan could use some prey- so they would have a hunting challenge!
"Uhm.... Riverclan! I have an event! So uh- Gather... round?" She stammered. Daisyfeather took a deep breath, and spoke. "So, uh, I think it would be really cool if we all got into teams with a team leader and hunted. Cat with the most points from hunting wins! Mouse is one point, fish is 2 points, squirrel is 3 points, vole is 4 points, and any bird is 5 points! At sun high we begin and sundown we stop? Thank- thank you!"
Daisyfeather sat down and waited for other cats to gather- she had only just announced it anyway.
"Oh!" She remembered, "Team leaders are responsible for you teams points! Make sure you tally them up right- don't worry. Not very many for each team!"

A hunting challenge? Sprucepaw padded up Daisyfeather, and glanced at the others already gathered. She didn't know how to fish yet, but maybe she could learn a thing or two from watching potential team mates. At least she knew how to hunt land prey, though she hadn't had much time to practice. Now would be as good of a time as any.

"hiya!" he trotted over to the older apprentice and pressed his nose to her cheek, he just wanted to be friendly- the poor clueless lad. "oh we should team up! that be really cool! oh by the way are we friends? I think we're friends!" he spoke too quickly "you make a good friend! I like having friends...you'd be my first-" he hums "oh! I know how to dive after fish! isn't that cool? I can dive!" he bounced around with sparkles in his eyes. ｡･:*:･ﾟ★,｡･:*:･ﾟ☆

Points? A game?? A CHALLENGE? A HUNTING CHALLENGE????? Oh this was RIGHT up Frigidpaw's alley!!!! "YEA!! Frigidpaw wanna play!!!" AAAND despite being a more recent apprentice, he can hunt pretty well, so he can absolutely contribute to whatever this game is; he better get teamed up with the coolest warriors! HE'S HERE TO WIN!!!!! The apprentice, ran up to the clearing; he had been conspiring something to bother papa or mama for training, but right now, that can wait, it's not everyday you get to partake in a COMPETITION- well..team competition, BUT COMPETITION NONETHELESS!!!
Wildfoxglove calmly walked over to the small group of cats and sat down. It was something about hunting and a game...A hunting game, perhaps? It was too bad that she didn't quite catch a lot of Daisyfeather's announcement as she was too far away.

Oh, a hunting competition? Spiderpaw loved hunting! The young tabby slipped out of the apprentice den and approached, looking around the slowly gathering cats. She tilted her head as she saw Sprucepaw and decided to join her, though Firepaw got there first. She hesitated for a moment, not wanting to interrupt. Ah, they were friends? She didn't really know Firepaw all that well at all. Nor, did she know Sprucepaw... but Sprucepaw seemed pretty nice to her. Polite and just as comfortable with a little distance.
She felt cold when Firepaw talked about diving. It took a lot of effort to keep her fur lying flat instead of bristling. She continued to hesitate, a little bit of distance between her and the other two. No, no, no... Spiderpaw knew that she really needed to move on. She knew that she didn't need to be so afraid of everyone and everything... but it was hard to actually live by those words.
A deep breath.
Spiderpaw approached the other two apprentices. "Hey..." She mewed a quiet greeting. She was still a bit perturbed by the mention of diving, but so far Sprucepaw was the only one here that she knew. However, no matter her team, there was no doubt that she would try her hardest. It sounded like a fun competition. She would definitely be getting some bird-hunting practice.
