Cedarpaw watched as the rabbit ran straight towards him. Hopefully it would be a clean catch, and he wouldn't mess up.

The rabbit rushed past him, and Cedar had to sprint a little to catch up. He managed to pounce on it, delivering a killing bite. He grabbed the now dead rabbit by it's neck, trotting back to the warriors and Cardinal.

MarshHeart watched as the apprentices got their rabbit successfully, flicking his tail thoughtfully he couldn't help a small whisker of frustration, if only his apprentice was as eager to learn as Cedarpaw and Cardinalpaw instead of stalking off somewhere.
As Cedarpaw returned with the rabbit he got up giving himself and his thoughts a good shake to dispel them.

"good job the both of you"He gave a nod towards both apprentices as they returned "for half kits" he couldn't help but add, licking his chest to hide a somewhat proud purr.
He turned towards mistyheart a glint of mischief in his eyes. "well i say they did well maybe a little less kits now, their cooperation is good maybe next time their reaction speed will get better, but that comes with experience yes?"
