Cinderpaw padded along the territory borders of the outskirts, almost in a daze as their silent pawsteps continued on, blinking dazedly. Where were they going..? Why had they even come out here..? Cinders looked around, confused and certainly dazed and uncertain. Unsuspecting.

Ashwhisper knew she wasn’t allowed this close to Thunderclan territory.

It was dangerous, sure; she had a good chance of getting found, attacked and even killed. However, she was here for a reason, today. She and Echobarley alike. They, well, actually mostly her, were here to scout out members for the New Moon Society.

It’d been a long time coming, but now it was time to grow in their numbers. Ashwhisper had already figured out a space, and all that junk. Now, she jsut needed followers. She had a simple criteria; apprentices and young warriors, gullible and vulnerable cats and the like — they follower material. She just needed to find these cats, and successfully convince them to join her.

Suddenly, as she crept through the undergrowth of the Thunderclan outskirt border, her gaze landed on a young grey cat. They seemed curious, but stupid and rebellious enough to have left camp on their own.

Freezing in her tracks before crouching down slightly, Ashwhisper looked to Echobarley and with a flick of her tail gestured for him to get down as well. Before they caught this cat, they needed to study them for a moment.

It was scary being back here fior the first time in... well... since he left, he guessed. Maybe... Nah. It didn't matter right now. But they weren't ON the territory, they'd be a-okay. Safety. He was sweating on the inside but... he acted fine (he did not look fine).

As they approached, he noticed Ashwhisper telling him to get down. So he did. Oh that was... another cat. Cool. Was this... part of something? Something. Yeah. He was gonna watch them. They were friends so... they had to do this together... he guessed.
