Briarsplash came bounding in after Hawkbite and Brownpaw, a bit later than them but still only a few fox-lengths behind. She glanced back to ensure Duskpaw was following and bounded up to the pile, dropping off the two birds she'd managed to catch.
She nodded to Hawkbite, murmuring a quiet apology for being behind him. At least they'd made it on time... she believed? It had left her mind when she'd been stressing about training her new apprentice. Well... hopefully, it was soon enough.
