Berryshine frowned as she peered at Tigerfire's paw. Some of the fur had been torn out, the flesh red and angry underneath. Almost like a burn, but not quite by fire. The medicine cat was unfamiliar with what could've caused this exactly, but the concept of a 'cat trap' or something of the like didn't sit well with her.

"Mm... t-this looks painful. A sort of trap, huh?" She shuddered, pausing to go to her herb stores and return with a dock leaf full of various leaves and flowers. "A rogue on the territory, too? A-And your eye doesn't look good, either... swollen... I'll have to see i-if the rogue scratched you." Berry made a mental note to report all of this to Owlstar; Tigerfire had been unlucky, it seemed, yet also lucky enough to come out of all of that alive.

"H-Here... chew this." Berryshine was sure the wounds were stinging like fire, and figured that Tigerfire could use an edge of relief. She didn't have many poppy seeds, so instead she gave the warrior some dandelion leaves. "T-They taste awfully bitter, but t-they'll help stave off the pain."

Then the small brown molly was chewing up some marigold and goldenrod together; she didn't have much of each, so spreading out the infection-saving herb and the wound-cleaning herb seemed smart. Gently, the medic spread the poultice onto the raw wounds on Tigerfire's paw and the scratch above her eye. She was relieved to see that it had just barely missed its mark.

"L-Looks like the rogue just missed ya... t-the swelling is likely going to i-impact your vision for a bit, but it should heal in time!" Berryshine tried to give a comforting smile and nod, hoping to ease the warrior's nerves if she had any. Then she was plastering some cobwebs onto the cat's fur, stopping any of the pesky bleeding. She frowned as she stepped back, inspecting her work to make sure Tigerfire was all set.

"Y-You should be all good for now... i-if anything else hurts or reopens, y-you come to me right away, okay? Meanwhile, I-I'll go report what happened to Owlstar... you just rest now. Y-You're welcome to stay in here as long as you need."

Berryshine's ears perked up at the sound of Splashcloud; oh, yes, the queen who'd recently kitted. Ducking out of the sectioned-off place where she slept, the medicine cat came into view, gazing worriedly at the queen.

"Y-Yes, I'm here... is something wrong? Is Flutterkit alright?" She mewed concernedly, padding over to inspect the kit and her mother.
