For silver tongue and mind reader:
silver tongue - disclaim that you are actively using the purrk in a post where you want it to be used, the other rper you are with
should respect that the purrk is active and so believe the lies your cat may be saying/like them/trust them and their words more. If you feel they arent then you can pm them to explain the purrk is in effect or even report their posts for staff to explain a more reasonable reaction to a silver tongued cat.
mind reader- this one requires more of your own research. When your cat is listening to another you can tell if theyre lying even if you would have no way to normally. They cant actually read the mind and know how theyre lying but they know its truth or false. This can either be achieved by
- reading the non speech text and seeing if theyre lying, most rpers in the non "spoken" part talk abt their cats thoughts or actions
- research into what theyre talking about and actually read if they did it or are lying
- disclaim youre using mind reader to the other rper and unless they have silver tongue to nullify it they MUST tell you if their cat is lying to yours or not
Its a little complex at times but a good example is look for blackscars resurrection rp. The council let him back far easier then they would for most because he had silver tongue and so was charming/believable
