Closed Where do you rejoin missing WindClan cats?

Okay yeah long story short I adopted a oc from someone else. I didnt roleplay them for a but and now they're missing.

But I have no clue where to rejoin missing windclan cats. I tried looking in Roleplay Resorces, But that didn't work.
