My mental health crisis

So things haven't been so good for me mentally lately. I have been yelling at people randomly, which isn't helping. I am also having a gender crisis rn where I don't know my gender and I identify as Genderfluid. I don't know what to really do, I am planning on taking small breaks from this site to focus on my mental health.

These breaks will start next month, and they will be for about 5 days.

Hey, take the time you need. Are you able to get therapy? I used to snap at people pretty regularly without much warning but seeing a therapist has helped a lot. Gender dysmorphia sucks too, though I don't really know much about that since I've never felt anything other than what I was assigned at birth. If you ever need someone to listen my DMs are always open though~

I came out today as Non-binary! That really helped. I should see about therapy.

I'm glad! that's a big step, and I am proud of you. I know as well that it is not easy to find a gender identity that works, as I have been struggling with that for years. glad you did though!
