A flicker of concern passed through his sapphire orbs as he noticed that Sunbreeze was deep in though. He could tell that it was a serious thought, though there was no way of guessing what was on the molly's mind... but if he did know, it would probably discourage him. The tom wasn't sure about his feelings towards Sunbreeze, but it was like the feelings became more vivid and yet more blurred the more time he spent with her. It was very confusing for the tom.

Though he could admit that he had never felt this way with anyone else - not Featherwing or even Spottedsong.

But he didn't question her about what she was thinking about since she seemed to easily snap out of thought and continue with their conversation. The tom was glad to hear the good news. That Sunbreeze was doing well, that nothing bad at happened to her during the fatal battle that had taken place in that exact clearing not too long ago. As she spoke about Smokekit, Willowpaw and Phoenix, he was left thinking for a moment. It took him only a few heartbeats to remember that those were all her adopted kits - she had had Willow and Phoenix since her own kits were born, and had only recently taken in Smokekit. And it was good that the latter was adapting well into clan-life, but of course it mustn't be too hard for a young cat since she might not remember much of a life outside of Riverclan. Colby himself knew how difficult it could be to understand how the clans work.

Colby nodded slightly as Sunbreeze began to explain her thoughts on their new leader. He could understand why she saw it as good news that Russetstar had taken the traditional leader name whereas Bucknight had refused their ancestors. But still... how could anyone be so accepted after what the clans had just been through? Although he had remained under the radar the entire time, and wasn't directly affected, he still wouldn't wish for another Evil Era like that.

"Of course not!" The tom's voice rose a bit in surprise as he reacted to Sunbreeze's words of questioning if he and preferred Bucknight's deputy - Thornfrost - to have become leader instead. Colby suddenly blushed and glanced around as he realized how loud his response had become. His ears flattened and he thought about it for a moment. "I know... but like it would be hard for anyone to trust him, whether Geckoleaf got a sign or not," besides, it's not like Starclan did much to stop Bucknight... what if they too supported him at first, like are doing with Russetstar? He doubted the last part, but couldn't help his suspicions.

A smile formed on his maw again as Sunbreeze backed him up, pointing out that she understood him and that the trust and loyalty would have to earned on Russetstar's behalf. His sapphire orbs locked with Sunbreeze's crystal ones. He blushed again, but not for the same reason as he had last time,and pulled his gaze away. Colby found himself lost for words.

Wow. Redstrike can keep his cool, even if a dark forest warrior appeared to him in his sleep saying he was their messiah, he would keep his cool. probably because he doesn't believe in Starclan.... Anyway, he can think even in a dangerous situation, which is quite useful when he's on patrol with Sparrowsmile.

Quiet and mysterious

Redstrike is a listener, he will listen to over cats and then help them, he won't start a conversation though, thats your job. He doesn't like answering questions though, and will never let the conversation talk about him, as he can be quite paranoid.

caring and subtle

just because he doesn't like talking doesn't mean he doesn't care, this tom will show his affection in subtle ways, like hunting enough for him and his loved one, then saying it was his loved one who did most of it. Redstrike is a sweetheart, its just he can be a little shy with his feelings.

Appearance:
Redstrike is hard to describe; he has a completely white, or is it red? base coat. lets go with red. The tom has many large white bands on his body, five on his tail, three on his belly and back, and three lower down on his legs. His upper body is a pure dark russet, except for his pure white fluffy chest. his face is quite odd, he has a white muzzle, and his eyes have white fur around them. his ears are white except a red tip. His fur is thick and corse, with his face being very angular. his eyes are dark, sombre, green. his ears are quite small, and his overall body is small. his legs are long, and incredibly powerful, and his tail is large, thick, and has a rounded end. his pads are dark grey ad his nose is a light pink.

If I didn't have love interests up for Sparrowsmile, it means I don't want any. They couldn't be siblings because he looks nothing like Sparrowsmile as Sparrowsmile is a brown tabby. They can be friends though! With Caramelblood though, they wouldn't make great enemies as Caramelblood likes anyone who doesn't believe in StarClan or worships the Dark Forest hah. I'd still need a rp sample though because we haven't rped recently hah.

RP Sample: Curled up on a flat rock slept a tiny kitten that went under the name her twolegs called her, Minnie. She bore the same coloration as her father, Orca, on her pelt and her eyes shined with a bright green color. She adorned a red collar with white polka dots to match her black and white fur. The sun kissed her tiny body, making her dark fur glisten and warm her up in this cool weather. Only a few weeks of living and she feels pretty content with being a house cat. She wasn't the most extroverted or wildest out of all of her siblings. But she did enjoy going outside. Her ears perked up at the sound of something calling her and took a while to realize it was her mother. She fluttered open her eyes and stretched herself out on her rock "C-Coming, Mother!" She squeaked. She leapt off her rock and into the cold snow. As she made contact she stiffened by how freezing it felt on her pads before continuing to make her way towards her mother.
