Daintydove and Cowtuft stood near the base of Breezerock, gesturing back and forth as the medicine cat explained to her what she needed to stay. She was a bit apprehensive considering how the last event had gone but he had reassured her this was for WindClan's benefit and health. Just a bit hard to get everyone's attention.

With a small shrug, Daintydove turned to the front and took a small breath. Cowtuft took a seat, a mile of moss at his paws amongst other things such as acorns, pinecones, brambles, rocks, and ferns.

"WINDCLAN!!! Hii, morning, morning. It's time to prepare for leaf-bare and tidy things up. Basic goal today is to strengthen our walls, specifically our camp walls and our dens to protect ourselves from the weather. Obviously, replenish the bedding in nests, clean them out. Sickness gets amplified in dirty environments, so we wanna be super duper clean. Also, it's getting COLD!! SO, We're beating two birds with one stone -- " She paused, "That is a weird metaphor, but yes. Yea, uhmm, " She turned to look at Cowtuft's pile of trinkets.

"Cowtuft has some things you can use to maybe put around nests,, in dens,, liven the place up. Just general bedding too. Not enough, however! So, come all come one if you want to help with gathering or cleaning. We're splitting cats into groups, and will be rotating who does what throughout. Like, who is going to gather supplies. Who is going to clean 'bout.. Who is going to reinforce walls.. uhm, if you want to remake your nest then you can do that whenever with the materials here ,, probably won't force you to do that though. Though, you definitely SHOULD!!" Daintydove chirped out, having less motivation to show such energy like before. Hard to, really. She was still reeling over at Stickpaw's loss.

[ Cowtuft and Daintydove are hosting an event to help tidy up WindClan as protection against sickness. Additionally, they are working on enforcing the camp and den walls to better protect against the cold weather. Cats will be sorted and rotated throughout tasks. All ranks are able to participate, though kits will be given tasks in camp. The event will progress every 2-3 days. ]

Now Crowtooth wasnt the most sure of Cowtuft given current circumstances. On one hand the spotted cat was a high rank and a medicine cat! One of starclans blessed and he even had foggy memories of the scrap as a (large) kiddo trailing behind Peachfrost. However.... The situation was rotten in some way and the tunneler for one just didnt understand it. Rotten that smelled like Cowtuft and needed minding.


Innocent until proven guilty however! The medicine cat seemed just to kind to be truely at fault so whether it was an attempt to keep an eye out or just to help the tom wandered up friendly and open.

"Yo big cats! 'f ya need a diggin' pair o' paws 'm the best in the business! Just set me to a task, 'll even train ya some baby construction tunnelers 'f need be."

Softsong trotted towards Daintydove and the medicine cat, listening as they explained what they had planned.

It was a good idea, and would have been even if there hadn't been sickness going around - she had definitely noticed how drafty the warriors den was on windy nights, and she was sure cats in other dens were feeling it too. They had lots to worry about at the moment, but with soft nests, warmer dens, and a few pretty decorations, she was sure spirits would be lifted, at least until the novelty wore off. She was certainly looking forward to a new nest herself.

Ears perked at the sound of cats being called together in the clearing, Bravebird trotted over to catch what Daintydove was saying as she stood near Cowtuft. The mixed feelings about the medicine cat had been nagging at her brain but for the moment the lilac lynx-point decided to push them to the side. It was hopefully being sorted out and would soon blow over.

Now to the task at paw; she didn't much mind what group she got sorted into, so long as she was helping WindClan. A brief sweep of her gaze noted that Crowtooth and Softsong were already there - the latter causing her gaze to linger a bit longer - before her eyes found the hosting duo again. She remained standing on her paws incase, tip of her tail twitching ever so slightly behind her.

Fallowpaw was always happy to help! she padded into the clearing, interesting! we get to make our nest, she stared at the pile of trinkets, perhaps I can decorate my nest? she though to herself, shuffling her paws in excitement, she waited for the go.

As soon as cowtuft stopped speaking she dashed off in the direction of the entrance of the apprentice den, ready to begin the process of making her clan beautiful!

Spottedpaw walked over with a cautious look. She wasn't sure about this one given what happened last time. She hope that if Firestorm came into the event she would be paired with her. Given what happened last time

Watertail sniffed and volunteered, his large paws settling beneath his fluffy and lengthily tail.
