So! Moonlight is going to be acquiring kits! She isn’t thrilled at all about this fact, but I say it’s happening so it is.
She’s quite vain which is a large part of the reason she isn’t excited, and while she does like being able to just sit around camp instead of doing work, being spherical is not a state she is used to nor enjoys. Moon isn’t sure who the father is because she’s a big flirt and it could be 3 or 4 different toms, especially since it took her a while to figure out what was actually going on with her weight gain. She’s going to be ‘raising’ the kits by herself.
I say that with the little quotey things because she isn’t going to be the best mother. She’s probably going to be quite snippy towards them and generally a jerk, probably not physically abusive but there's no real affection there.
Except for towards KIT ONE. KIT ONE is perfect. KIT ONE has the same attitude towards life as Moonlight, looks nice, and they accept and emulate her outdated ideals for toms(strong, hunting and fighting) and she-cats(dainty, beautiful, graceful). Moonlight gives all the attention for all of the kits to KIT ONE, and constantly uses them as the example that their siblings fall short of. This leads to a lot of resentment from the other kits, especially KIT TWO.
KIT ONE and KIT TWO start out very close, before Moonlight makes her choice of favorite. Therefore, when Moonlight starts only giving attention to KIT ONE and begins to warp their thinking to the point where they too shun their sibling, KIT TWO is incredibly bitter. They aren’t really accepted by their other siblings or other kits because of their prickly nature, and now Moonlight has taken the one cat who DID accept them.
This resentment lasts into apprentice hood, especially when KIT TWO begins being spoken to by a DARK FOREST CAT. DARK FOREST CAT urges them to get revenge on Moonlight, and together they and KIT TWO(now a new warrior) hatch a plan.
A few moons after KIT TWO’s warrior’s ceremony, the plan is put into action. KIT TWO lures Moonlight into the outskirts, to a badger’s den they found a while ago. When the badger attacks her they only watch, allowing her to be maimed quite badly before driving the badger off. They then basically slap some cobwebs on the wounds and leave, coming back several times over the next few days to taunt her because of her ‘new look’.
On one of these outings KIT ONE follows KIT TWO, and upon discovering what has happened to Moonlight attacks KIT TWO. However, KIT ONE is overpowered, and KIT TWO leaves them also with quite a few scarring injuries. Essentially ousted from the clan Moonlight and KIT ONE leave together to try and live in the twolegplace. Eventually they will split as KIT ONE misses the clan and blames Moonlight for ruining what could have been a perfect life, and Moonlight blames KIT ONE for not getting rid of KIT TWO.
I'm looking for between 3 and 6 kits for Moonlight, one of whom will be Maggotkit @
icey (feel free to let me know what role you'd want her to have, I'm guessing probably not Kit One with a name like Maggotkit though).

KIT ONE:Either a very beautiful she-cat or a very handsome tom, who is willing to accept Moonlight's ideals and go along with her instructions most of the time.
KIT TWO:Not the most attractive, generally a rather prickly character who doesn't form many close relationships. Should be bitter enough to maim their mother and sibling
OTHER KITS:No requirements
DARK FOREST CAT: Can have some grudge against Moonlight or just want to cause trouble in general, whoever applies for this one should probably talk to KIT TWO's roleplayer
