I've been trying to set my avatar as a gif, but it just appears as an image, how'd you do it?

The maximum pixel measurements are 100 by 100
So if you search that up it will work! But I'll find you the
One site that will instantly resize the gif for you!

It has to be 100 by 100 for it to move, or for a avatar? Because I can set it as my Avatar, it just won't move though...
