"Well, that was good, but you could have played dead at the end while I was boasting. But, other than that, good job!" Goldenglow told Croakerpaw. "Do you want to do another play fight?"

"Oh. Well, uh, thanks?" He gave a sheepish purr, though he was quite pleased by his mentors praise. "Yeah, I'm up for another," he meowed whilst stretching his hind legs. "If I'm being honest, this is kind of fun."

"It's good that you're having fun! If you weren't, then why would you continue to give your all!?" Goldenglow was having fun too! She purred loudly, her apprentice would be a fine warrior one day!

"maybe just once more," he meowed. "I'm kind of tired, and I don't really want to be out here fighting all day. Maybe afterward we could do some hunting?" he asked.

"I could show you a new move, and work on it another time, or we could play-fight." Goldenglow started grooming herself, and out of a mouthful of fur, continued, "It's totally up to you!"

"I'd like to do some hunting," he meowed, looking sheepishly at the ground. "Like I said, all this battle training has made me tired, as well as hungry. I need something to eat!"

Peachpaw made his way into the training cave, a small smile on his maw. He had learned how to hunt, not fish, but on land! All thanks to Doveflight. The tom hoped nobody would find out, especially lionsnow. His mentor would undoubtedly be mad he'd, kinda cheated at his training with a Skyclan tom. But it wasn't his fault! It was his own choice. And it was probably for the best, and he'd thank doveflight if he saw him again. It was good!
Flicking his bushy tail, he set himself in the corner of the cave, keeping an eye out for his mentor. He promised himself he wouldn't be molly-like again. But he knew, no matter how much he promised,, he would undoubtedly cry and be sensitive.

Of course Lionsnow would be mad if he found out. He's held a grudge against the others clans since he was a kit, especially to windclan after the last battle. If he knew, starclan knows what would happen. "I see you came early today." Lionsnow said, a flicker of happiness in his eyes.
