Redtail's gaze flitted away as he thought of all the betrayals and deaths he had experienced over his moons as a warrior. "The battle between us and Blazeclan was terrible."
Now it sounded as if Redtail was talking to himself but when he looked back his eyes were filed with happiness. "Well nevermind that now. How about I help you with these apprentices?" The red tom sat down on his haunches now fully enjoying the warmth of the sun on his pelt. He jumped up onto his paws as Maplepaw leaped at Gingerflame.

Poppyheart pricked her ear as she heard a yowl before scampering towards the sound eyes alert. Just as her gaze directed at the Silverclan cats a growl rose from her throat. "Put her down you mangy Silverclan mice!" The she-cat unsheathed her claws threateningly stalking towards Autumnpaw.

(if any of the cats in this rp were like me, it'd have to be Autumnpaw and Maplepaw mixed together XD sassy one minute and nice the next)

Blazepaw turned around at the sound of the Blazeclan cat. "You're not taking her back until her leader comes and gets her," She told the warrior in a matter-of-fact tone, her eyes showing a challenging look. "She's our prisoner, so deal with it." Blazepaw hated to be so rude to Autumnpaw and Poppyheart, but it was true. Until their leader or whoever was in charge of her came to get Autumnpaw, she was theirs.
"Can we not right now? It was just a mistake," Autumnpaw pointed out, struggling to break free of Rippleflames grip. But ther was no use as the cat had a tight grip on her scruff.

Poppyheart lashed her tail angrily. She wasn't about to let some Silverclan apprentice get away with telling her to deal with it. She completely ignored Autumnpaw and padded up to the border line. "Tell me then. What did she do to deserve imprisonment? We can deal with our own apprentices easily without Silverclan stepping in and trying to take them away so they can start another battle."
Poppyheart was obviously agitated and looked as if she were about to rip out Blazepaw's throat.

"Why should I tell you? It's none of your business," Blazepaw replied. The fur around her neck and on her spine was bristling, and she was full of annoyance. Why couldn't this cat just of back to Blazeclan? And why would Silverclan want to even start a battle? Blazepaw glared at Poppyheart and growled," Nobody said there had to be a battle over an apprentice. And even if there was, it'd be pointless. So don't even bring it up, okay?" It was sort of weird since it sounded like she was giving out orders, but she couldn't help but return the bitterness.

Flickerpaw ducked her head and jumped back, circling around away from the water's edge while keeping her gaze on her mentor.

"You won't be disappointed then," she purred, and bounded toward Flaresoul and pounced toward him with a mew.
