Magpiepaw grinned as she realized she had managed to pin the tom down.
" Gotcha." She meowed.
She couldn't help but giggle a little as she watched his attempts at fighting back, though one of his strikes ended up hitting her in the nose, and she recoiled slightly, closing her eyes for a brief moment.

Being distracted by the slight pain in her nose, the she-cat was taken by surprise when Trappedpaw kicked her off of him.
She rolled on her side and scrambled up back on her paws, waiting for the tom's next move.
" Not bad." Magpiepaw meowed. " But you just got lucky." She teased.

Out of instinct, Magpiepaw spread out her wings to prepare for impact, she managed to get most of her body out of the way, but despite her efforts to dodge Trappedpaw's attack she got pinned down by the tom.

The molly smirked as she listened to the other apprentice boasting.
" Oh, really ?" She meowed sweetly, as she flapped her wings full force to try and send her figthing partner off of her. " Then maybe I should take full advantage of them."
She managed to get herself back on her paws, and continued flapping her wings to try and send Trappedpaw tumbling down.

Trappedpaw was taken by surprise when Magpiepaw got to her paws. Magpiepaw's wings startled him, and he jumped back, he then stumbled forward and tripped on a twig.
