So have a character [Moth'Flight of wc] she's due in a few days
as in having kits. She knows its late to do this buut is it possible
for her to leave the clan and have her kits away from the clan?
And when she thinks their strong enough to travel then bring them back? I
know this is really stupid with the threats and all but she doesn't
want them to be born in a cramped place as the nursery, she knows
of the threats and shes planned a place safe to go.

Would she allowed? Without going missing? And would she have
to talk to the leader or somthing?

I would discuss this with Moonraven and see what she says!

You can have your cat leave, but without permission from Moon or Bloss they would be considered missing. I would also keep in mind that Mothflight is at risk of attracting predators and if permitted should probably have a companion to keep an eye out while she's vulnerable.
