Hi. Account sharing is not permitted. If your friend wishes to sort out their issue they should do so with staff help. While it is their choice not to return, there are options available to them if they do choose. @ Fairy

@Fairy Hello! While account sharing is not permitted, your friend does have options in order to return to the site!
They are welcome to create a new account and submit a ticket to our Support team, where they can ask for their accounts to be merged into one. This might be the quickest and most effective way for them to get access back to their account 
To submit a support ticket, they will need to click on the 'Help' tab at the top of the screen, and scroll all the way down to 'Contact Support' to send in the ticket!
Let me know if you have any other questions

Basically cardboard makes a new account then sends the ticket so the accounts can be merge i think
