Yellowpaw grinned as Hawkbite hit the ground, and was exhilarated until he had mud splashed on his paws. Oh well, he was muddy anyway. Oh, crap! That was getting pretty dry, so he needed to hurry. Well, he also needed to hurry before Hawkbite got up, which was just as if not more important.

Yellowpaw leaped and attempted to pin Hawkbite. If he succeeded, he would probably need to let his teacher know what he would do about now. "And now's about the time I'd kill the cat or do big damage as fast as I can. Do I win?" He would say if he pinned them.

And just like that, as Hawkbite seemed to be getting his footing again, Yellowpaw loomed over him. His eyes widened a bit in shock but would soften and fill with some pride as he gazed at the younger cat. "Good job, very good job," Hawkbite would speak, using his back paws to shove Yellowpaw off himself.

He got up to his paws and shook his pelt, sending mud and grass -- and whatever else hid in the muck -- all over the place. If some landed on Yellowpaw, so be it. He would deal with Yellowpaw's "wrath" later.

"You got lucky this mud is softer than normal. Might not have won that fight if it were until different circumstances," Hawkbite replied, waving his tail once he was settled comfortably on four paws again. "Let's head back to camp so I can report your completion to Dawnstar," the Commander would speak, gesturing for him to follow along.
