the air is chilly and I was just thrown out in a box,I don't know what to do. I'm waiting for something to happen and I'm scared to death, my old owner abused me and I don't wanna be abused again, I don't want someone bad to get me, I'm just a baby hamster, my mind is flooding with anxious thoughts, scared for what comes next I start shaking rapidly, I feel so relieved to be away from my abusive owner, but I also am scared about being thrown out of my home, my mom hamster is abused to, I just don't know what to do, I want my mom. then I see a person on a bike stop at my box. scared, I back up and get prepared for a hit in the face or being thrown again.

Eros

Eros stopped on his bike, lifting up the star sunglasses on their face. Was..was that a hamster?? In a box?? Who left a hamster in a box on the side of the road...? He jumped off, looking confused. Yep, it was a hamster alright. Who knew a hamster could so scared. Huh. They bent down, inspecting the box. He pulled out his phone, trying to figure out what type of hamster this was. Eros looked over at Zeki, as if asking if they saw this too. He bent his hand down gently, tilting their head, their hair flopping sideways and covering his face slightly.

Zeki Hopped off her bike as her black and crimson ears twitched bawards in dismay. she pulled a bag of sunflower seeds out of her pocket and offered some to the tiny thing thinking it might be hungry "poor little fella" She softly growled, thinking of bopping the person responsible for this

the little hamster looked at the hand terrified but also curious of what will happen if he climbs into the mysterious hand, he stares at the hand for a minute but finally decides to get up to sniff the hand, slowly but surely he walked up to the hand shaking and sniffing the hand, this was a scent he has never smelt before, it wasn't familiar either which was a relief, he didnt know if he should get in it or not, he was to scared to but also really wanted to, without thinking he crawled into the human's hand and plops down on it, scared for what might happen next he started shaking rapidly.

Eros smiled, sitting down completely while holding the hamster. He took seeds from Zeki and offered them to the hamster. They pet it softly with his thumb. "Who would hurt a damn hamster??" He said, a hint of anger in his voice. He set the hamster down in the box again, pushing his hair back from his face. He looked at Zeki. "Should we take him?" He asked, looking back down at the hamster momentarily.
