Borrowed most of this from @BILL. 's RiverClan Roster! I'm applying this to ShadowClan in hopes to have it become more active and involved!


SHADOWCLAN ROSTER

The purpose of this allegiance is to set up and send out patrols, roleplays, and encourage more activity around ShadowClan. I ONLY WANT ACTIVE CHARACTERS ON THIS LIST. Characters that you are willing to roleplay with a variety of people!

This roster can be used to find people to roleplay with--all characters on this list are by default acquainted with one another, since they are all active in the clan! (there is no possible way to be a complete stranger to your clanmates, unless you have just joined the clan as an outsider. Clans are small, word gets around. It's assumed that everybody knows who each other are, even if they have never talked directly.)

Additionally, if you have a character that does not have a mentor or apprentice, I can assign you one via this roster! Just fill out the form accordingly to let me know.

ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS

You need to be on at least once per week. If your account hasn't been used in over a week, you will be removed from this list. If you haven't posted at least three roleplay posts in over a week, you will be removed from this list and will have to reapply. I will make exceptions if you let me know something happened that prevented you from being on.

PATROLS

Once per week, typically a Sunday, Icestar and Crowtail will send out two border patrols and two hunting patrols with randomly assigned cats, picked via this roster. You will have seven days to roleplay your patrol to completion, and then the patrol leader will have to report to your leader or deputy.

Patrols will consist of 2 - 3 cats.

I will try to keep apprentices with their mentors, however I will make exceptions if you ask. There will not be more than two apprentices per patrol, and they will need a warrior to accompany them. No exceptions will be made. Apprentices found to be outside this will be confined to camp with duties.

I will provide optional plot ideas in my starting post, however these are merely a suggestion to help you with the patrol. You do not need to follow the prompt.

I recommend keeping any patrol posts to a paragraph or less so they will be easier to complete. When you're done, please report to Icestar or Crowtail so I know the patrol has concluded. I will be keeping track of how many patrols your character has completed on the roster. If you are assigned to a patrol but you do not complete it, if the patrol roleplay gets abandoned or forgotten about, you will be suspended from patrols for three to four weeks depending on your activity. If your cat gets suspended, they will recieve an ⌧ next to their name. If that cat gets suspended three times, they will be removed permanently from this roster.
If you DO finish your patrol, you'll get koins! Woo!

UPDATE: Please, please finish your patrols. The list of suspended cats has just keeps growing. If you can't keep up with patrols, tell me, and I will remove your cat from the roster.
If somebody in your patrol takes longer than 24 hours to respond even after notifying them of their turn, you may continue on without them and skip their turn. There are only seven days to complete a patrol post, so it's not reasonable to wait days on end for a response. If the skipped cat continues to ignore the patrol, they will be suspended.
